Me and my partner stayed here in February 2024 for a ski trip and highly recommend this as a place to stay. Firstly, the hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable. We opted for the half board service and we are very happy that we did, the evening meals were delicious (served from 7pm on an evening) The hotel is a traditional Austrian establishment which we really liked. Our room was fairly basic but very comfortable and had a balcony which boasted a decent view. The hotel is located in Vordeglemm, however this is only a short bus ride from Saalbach (5-10 mins) and Hinterglemm is then a further short bus ride from Saalbach. There is also a ski lift situated a 10 min walk from the hotel and from here you can take routes into Saalbach / Hinterglemm if you want to avoid buses altogether. The ski bus service runs frequently during the day - if you want to enjoy the evening Apres in Saalbach, the last buses back to Vordeglemm from Saalbach at 6.30pm and 7.20pm, or taxis are always available for a cost of around €15-€18. To conclude, this was great value for money and thanks to the hosts for being as kind as they were!

We stayed for a week in summer and hiked the mountains. It was great value and super quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of Saalbach but a bus ride to all the lifts and hiking trails. The Joker card meant we got free cable car rides and free transport during our stay including getting to and from Salzburg. Paul and Ian were great hosts and breakfast and dinner were excellent. A great value stay that we highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment, the big family room had everything we needed - it was clean, spacious with big balcony, it looked brand new. I think you won't get better accomodation for such good price in Saalbach. The jokercard is a great bonus highly recommended for people with kids - most cablecars are free and there is a playground up almost every hill nearby. The owners were really friendly and helpful, we'd love to come back in future.

Lovely boutique hotel right next to a mountain stream (the best sound to hear in the morning). We got a free upgrade to a new family room, which is very comfortable and spacious. Spent only one night on the way to Italy but this place looks like a perfect spot for MTB or hiking vacation.

Mini fridge in the room would br very useful. Something to consider durimg further renovations.

Location and the nature around are incredible. Hosts were super nice, they unformed us that they had availability and offered us free room upgrade in one of their new and biggest apartments (huge thank you). The apartment was super comfortable, spaciois and sparkling clean. The breakfast and especially the home cooked dinner also deserves all the praise. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, we would definitely come back and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is in the most beautiful location. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We went half board and had a lovely evening meal and breakfast in the cosy dining room. The place is owned by the most wonderful people. We can not thank them enough for their kind hospitality. My partner was taken ill, and they called an ambulance for us and supported us with everything as we only speak English, they couldn't have done more to help us in a scary situation. If we are in Austria again, we would not hesitate to come back! Dog friendly too.

The story for this hotel started 500 years ago when it was a leather maker and has been owned by the present family since 1890's. The hotel now seeks to offer travellers an affordable budget offer and the price is incredible good value. We opted to have the evening meal which was very tasty and the breakfast also was very tasty. We really like the ethos of the owners who seek to run the hotel as efficiently as possible and thus making the cost to the traveller affordable. They are very warm and friendly and we would recommend this as a place to experience to anyone.

We had an amazing stay at the location! It is not far away from a ski lift, which is connected to the entire large ski area. Paul and Ian are great hosts. We always felt very comfortable and welcome. If you have booked halfboard, you will have the choice between two meals in the evening. You can get seconds at any time. Also, it was very tasty. We were also more than satisfied with our room. We travelled over New Year's Eve and found ourselves sitting downstairs in the dining area with some other guests. We really had fun and there is also the option of a typical Austrian cheese fondue. We will definitely be back and can only recommend the guest house!

Everything.. Paul & Ian are very good hosts. Their hospitality is excellent, we feel like at home at Pension Lederergutl. The location is wonderful, it was so peaceful. It was our very first proper sleep during a week of traveling. We had the halfboard and every dinner was just so amazing. Everything truly exceeded our expectations. Will definitely comeback and recommend this pension house to our family and friends.

Pension Ledergütl did not disappoint. We had a quaint, comfortable corner room with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with Brötchen, Meats, Cheeses, fruits, juices and a yoghurt bar. The Inn owners were friendly and helpful.
