The Hotel is very well located. Several trekking routes are easily accessible from this place. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The food was great. They also took care of me and were able to provide me with gluten-free meals. During breakfast, there were many choices. The Wi-Fi was okay. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We did not have any issues or problems. Everything was great.

Lovely service and consistently friendly & helpful staff :) Great breakfast and dinner - the all-inclusive option included drinks and an afternoon snack, which was perfect because we didn't have to worry about finding something to eat in the small village, where options are limited. Perfect location for hiking - we especially enjoyed the Wassererlebnis-Rundweg, starting from directly across the hotel.

Double room was slightly dark and small, but still comfortable and very clean.

The staff kindness and attentions, the wellness area and disponibility of the swimming pool. Special mention to the restaurant staff that was always ready to help and always sporting a warm smile :)

The bed was kinda soft but that's mostly down to personal preference. The room was a bit too warm at night, even with the window open to let the cool air in. Beware that the neighbours in the dining might be a bit noisy.

Excellent cooking, friendly, helpful staff, hotel shuttle service to the nearest ski resort. We enjoyed the long opening hours of the hotel pool, too. The location is great, too. All staff made sure we feel great.

We all loved our holiday. It was even better than we anticipated. Beautiful wellness area, extra ordinary food plated like a picture....room was good and a lot of walks in the area. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The whole hotel complex has a nice atmosphere Me and my husband we are vegetarians and it was the first hotel where we did not feel like a nuisance. They offered daily vegetarian meals

Nice older hotel with very quiet rooms. Great selection of food and pleasant wellness. Great location only 1km from St. Jakob ski resort what we enjoyed a lot. Good heated room for your ski equipment.

Amazing hotel with a lot of attention to their guests. Grill evenings, live music evenings, nice pool - this is a hotel for your vacations, not for 1 night stay.

Even though it looks close to the border, it takes quite much time to travel to most prominent tourist locations in Dolomites (like Tre Cime or Lago di Braies).

Food was great and staff exceptional and friendly.

a little cons was about the the room, which was outdated. Moquette was old, same as the curtains. Mattress and pillow should be changed as they were not comfortable at all.

Good slopes for children nearby. Tasty meals.

Sauna was only for adults, not possible to go with children
