I got a last-minute, same-day deal so I do feel like I had great value for money. The hotel is modern and the staff were lovely. I had bed and breakfast so I can't comment on the dinners (I ate out). The breakfasts were nice and had everything you'd want or need. The wellness area was modern and lovely and I used it twice. My room was so cozy and modern. Everything was clean. There was a fridge with drinks I could purchase and the washroom had nice soaps, lotion, shampoos etc. The lighting and all the amenities were perfect. There was a fridge, safe, hair dryer, robes and spa bag,... really everything you might need. The hotel was very clean, including the spa areas.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have more dimming options with the lighting in the spa. The relaxation area could use some calm lighting but just had bright overhead lights. I turned them down as low as they'd go but it was still to bright in my opinion. A bowl of apples to go with the tea would also be nice.

The room and bathroom were lovely. Clean, bright and modern. Lots of nice touches such as dressing gowns and slippers. The bed was extremely comfortable. Beautiful view from balcony. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Special thank you to there chef who was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about my wife’s gluten-free diet. He was able to adapt the set menu for her in spite of me not having given advanced notice when I booked. The set menu was tasty and well presented. We only stayed for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Hotel was very relaxing and the spa area looked really clean and welcoming. The walking around Sankt Jakob also looked like it would have been challenging and fun with beautiful views.

This is a remarkable hotel where the staff's politeness and hospitality exceeded expectations. The location was superb, providing easy access to all the spots we wanted to visit as the nature surrounding is amazing. The impeccable cleanliness and the thoughtful gesture of preparing special food for my 7-month-old made our stay truly exceptional. Highly recommended, especially for families

The location is beautiful and well situated for anyone seeking outdoor activities. The look and ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. The rooms, as well as the rest of the hotel, are well decorated nicely and are very clean. The food is expertly prepared and dinner service is perfectly executed. The staff are absolutely amazing.

The pillows could be better. They are a bit thin.

Everything is very excellent, new and well-kept hotel, excellent food, excellent friendly staff. I highly recommend it. They exceeded all my expectations.

It was very cozy,comfortable,and peaceful. Best breakfast ever had in this kind of hotel. The view from the window is beautiful.

The sauna was not operating, and the hours of service were very short. The dinner was not up to the standards.
