The room clean, big, cozy Mountain view room number 13

The pool was not open !!!!Deposit rules!!!! First of all, no one mention they take 100euro deposit. The money are not returned yet and it has been a week, everytime they are saying different excuses like the problem is with the bank.( which is not, we have already contact the bank) Now they say that is normal we can hold your deposit to 30 days😦 Whyyy, we haven’t done anything, broke or take or so. This is so UNPROFESIONAL from the Hotel!

The studio was perfect, big with all you will need for your stay. The view was outstanding 😍 The bed was big and comfortable I loved the pool and sauna … It would be a 5 stars for me but 😕

Unfortunately our stay was interrupted buy two Indian families with 5 KIDS, one was in the room next to us and the other was in top of us … They were soooooo loud and make so much noise late at night and early in the morning ( i think there is no insonorisation ) Imagine that at 07 of the morning you wake up at a loud Indian music 😩 I even had to call the reception at midnight the last night on our stay to complain about them cause we had an early flight next morning and we couldn’t sleep, thankfully the receptionist contacted them … And the kids were out of control ( age between 7 and 12 i think ) if they were babies i will understand the crying… but NO

Asked for a refill of the lotion and was assured that it would happen that afternoon and it was never filled. Had to ask for regular coffee pouches the first morning as there were none in the room for the coffee maker. We were given 2 pouches for our 3 night stay and was told that there would be a charge if we wanted more coffee. No cleaning of the room if your stay is less than four nights. There should be a note on the booking.com website explaining this.

The two bedroom apartment was wonderful: very spacious and comfortable. The views were amazing from any of the three balconies that we had. We were able to order delicious Austrian rolls each morning for breakfast. Loved the indoor pool. Convenient to have washing machine facilities on site. Super place! Our third visit here!

Kitchen resources are a bit tight e.g. only one small chopping board and only enough cutlery for those who stay there!

Spacious rooms with a balcony. There was a lift to go up which was useful. The hotel provided an e-concierge via WhatsApp which was helpful. Free parking although fully parked (by others) most of the time. A kettle and coffee maker in the kitchen. Eco-friendly hotel with recycled papers. A playground next to the parking was useful for a toddler.

The kitchen we had was very small. They don't provide the Schladming Sommercard. No air conditioning in the room. The views from our rooms weren't good.

Our one bedroom apartment was very comfortable and well laid out. I had booked a studio and was able to upgrade to a one bedroom. Lovely view with a balcony on the lounge and the bedroom. Good facilities. Lovely pool, well equipped gym. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent location for hiking.

The apartment was fantastic. Three balconies including a very large one with one of the best possible views of Dachstein. We even had two bathrooms and there was enough parking space, at least for the season.

During our stay, construction work was noise starting around 7am. However, this is not a persisting problem as the hotel constructed a new indoor swimming pool which should be finished by now.

Easy to get in the Alpine club hotel from Schladming. Very nice smiling receptionist welcomed us. Rooms were clean and tidy, ready to check in. Both rooms has bathrooms well equiped and clean, using sustainable products. Kitchen well equiped with basic things to have simple food preserve and prepare.

Stunning views, very comfortable room with excellent facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Be aware that the on-site, separately-owned, restaurant (serving good value, hearty, Italian cuisine) doesn’t accept cards for bills less than €50 (cash only). I initially went to pay via card and was advised at that point that it was cash only (it wasn’t explained or mentioned anywhere that bills less than €50 are cash-only), thankfully we had enough cash to pay the bill, otherwise we’d have had to go and get cash the following day (as I’d had a couple of beers with my meal, so couldn’t have driven to a cash machine that evening).
