Excellent Stay with Exceptional Service Our stay at this hotel was truly remarkable! The hotel lies near the highway and is easy to get to. In case you are there for a skiing holiday, the bus stops right in front of the hotel to take you to the slopes. The hotel is modern and clean, the personnel is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is outstanding, breakfast and dinner are excellent with a nice variety of wine and spirits - it is worth trying the home-made Schnaps. In case you are there for hiking, there are several routes starting nearby leading to the neighboring villages, waterfalls or even to via ferratas.

I found the room (No.100) small as opposed to the ones shown in the pictures about standard double rooms on Booking.com. There was not even a chair in the room and the only place I could hang my wet clothes was the door of the bathroom. Also, the room is above the laundry room and the outlet of the extractor fan is right under the window creating a lot of noise.

The staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast had perfectly adequate selection and the dinner was 3 courses optional with very delicious meals. The location of the hotel is perfect. The skibus stops just in front of the hotel. The sauna has a window looking on the mountains.

A hanger would be good for the small towel not above the hairdryer.

We was as the whole group 10 people very satisfied from the first moment to the last. All was prepared at our arrival. we just pick up the key and join fantastic dinner. Rooms was clean and perfect enough for the stay. Big enough for 2 persons to spend holiday. All 10 had nice light rooms and perfect clean every day. Food was excellent every day. Choice of 3 main courses with salad, soup and dessert. restaurant and bar open until you leave. Never a problem with anything like changes or different food. Always smiling personal including the owner who help solve all things we need. Ski bus in front of the hotel. The biggest contribution to the fantastic stay beside mention all positive things already was the personal. Always helpful and smiling. highly recommend to stay here even if location is perhaps not absolutely top, but ski bus solve that as well. car take less then few minutes to downtown of Schladming.

Lovely attentive staff, comfortable bedroom with a balcony and a good breakfast.

There was nowhere comfortable for a group to sit together that wasn't the dining room and a fire would have been lovely as the weather was awful.

I liked that the staff were always very nice and they payed very good attention to the people. They have very good customer service and they always went all out at celebrations. It was a very enjoyable stay 😁

It was too cold in the room after 22h ( im not sure is it possible to control temperature in the room as guest ) I couldn’t find the thermostat to turn on heating.

Very friendly staff. Food was excellent. A large selection for breakfast. Reasonable prices for drink in the hotel.

The mattress is too soft ot's individual thing, but that's probably the only thing that bothered me.

If the Hotel had a swimming pool it would have been the icing on the cake
