The interior of the apartment was impressive, quite neigbourhood, groceryshops are nearby (around 3km). Checkin was smoth, enough parking space, very good restaurant downstairs. Fully fintional kitchen would be great for families travelling with kids.

I have booked mountain view/garden view apartment but what I have got is garden view/street view apartment. After enquring about it, I could not get logical reply. It seemed that all other apartments were booked and they have given our apartment to someone else.

The hotel is clean and in a very quiet location. The apartment had a kitchen, which was workable for fixing meals. The view was spectacular from our second floor room and we had 2 porches. The apartment was very clean and they offered free laundry services which were very helpful for us during our travels.

The location, while beautiful, is a bit remote. We had a car and ended up driving every day to other areas to explore. For dinner, we went into the little town nearby called Seefeld. The hotel offers free bus passes into Seefeld, which is great, but you just need to know you are staying in a location that is a bit out of the way.

Spent 2 nights here and we loved it. Great rooms, clean, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. No Air Conditioner, but we managed without as it gets a bit cold in evenings.

Their ad on booking.com list washer and dryer as one of the facilities. This is not in the rooms but placed in the basement and is shared between all guests. I was planning to use it but when I saw all the mold that was inside the detergent container I changed my mind. A easy thing to fix but i forgot to tell the lady at the reception about this.

The appartmant's view is amazing!the place is roomy for a family, modern and well designed, quite and only 5 min drive from Seefeld. The place is very clean, and providing fresh towels and cleaning services every 2 days. The kitchen is well equiped. The restorant 'Gasthof Hirschen' is perfection, dont miss it!

We stayed during Aug in the top floor, even though we spend most of our time traveling outdoors - the evenings and nights in the appartment were extreamly hot. The owners provided us 2 fans that helped a bit, but we all had troubles sleeping ...

Exceptional location and view, great 2-room family room with all the necessary facilities. Very nice and helpful staff. Super breakfast.

We just couldn't figure out the faucets/taps. Sometimes it was impossible to get cold water from the cold tap, in other cases it was impossible to get hot enough water from the shower. Maybe the shower faucet was a bit too sophisticated for us but the kithcen and the bathroom sink were regular faucets, there must be some issues with the pipings.

Fantastic rooms and bath. Everything was new and fresh and the service plus breakfast was very very nice.

The hotel is right next to a church and our room was 10 meters from the bell tower, which starts ringing the bells every morning at 07.00 and then every 15 mins plus the hourly strikes as well. It was cozy at first, but very noisy if you want to sleep later than 7 am. That said - it had nothing to do with the hotel.

Regina and her team are very friendly, and upon arrival we were offered a free upgrade! Amazing picturesque views from any room of the hotel. Spacious & very clean rooms. A lot of stuff in the kitchen: kettle, refrigerator, oven, nespresso machine and all the glasses and cutlery that you might need - perfect for a long stay with family or friends!

I liked everything. Spotless apartment with great views. My son loved everything, it was extremely comfortable. The place was impressively clean and they have literally everything you need for a family. The lady at the reception was so lovely and nice, my son was delighted. There's an elevator to make everything easier, it is easy to find, plenty of parking and you can walk around there are plenty of lovely places around. Only a short distance from Innsbruck which is fantastic. I really wish that one day we could go there during winter time, it must be amazing.

The only thing I would add is a microwave in the kitchen for more convenience (warming up food and milk).

Beautiful large terrace with lovely mountain view. Nice room design - best we've had in our trip. We loved the quality bed sheets and comfy mattress!Shower is large and comfortable and we got plenty towels. There are good cooking facilities and in our room we found salt and pepper (could be nice to also have available some olive oil). The room is clean, there are laundry facilities. Check in was easy. There are parking spaces for hotel guests.

Church bells and road traffic can be a bit noisy.

Well appointed and very comfortable accommodation. Storage for ski equipment and laundry facilities much appreciated. Easy parking.

Cleaning of the accommodation was inconsistent. The cleaner came in and turned on the dishwasher for one glass that had washing up liquid in it resulting in foam pouring out of the machine. On another occasion we returned to find the door to our accommodation open. The reception staff were very friendly but their availability was not always predictable. The purchase of ski area passes proved to be problematic compared to the experience of colleagues at another lodging in Seefeld.
