Accommodation was excellent. Room was spacious with balcony and well equipped. Wellness - one sauna and poll was appropriate.

The service staff was not up to their duties. The wait for our order was longer than expected. The reception desk consistently lacked a designated person, requiring us to "search" for someone from the service and then wait for the designated person to address our inquiries. An unpleasant situation arose when we had to leave early at 07:00. The night before, we had asked the staff if would be possible to have coffee or a snack before leaving. Despite being assured that there wouldn't be any issue, the next morning, the bar was closed, and there was no one present. Consequently, we left without having anything.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, and one of our favourites for the year! We were lucky to check in early so we could hit the ski slopes, after a long day, we used the sauna and pool and had a super delicious dinner in the resturant. Breakfast was also super great! Rooms were spacious, clean, with a great view of the slopes and the beds were so so comfy! Staff were extremely lovely, food and drink were very reasonably priced, especially for a skiing area. Wish we stayed longer, was a great stay

Really beautiful mountain retreat. I arrived at the end of a long hike, and the manager immediately turned on the sauna, so my muscles could relax. Big beautiful room, with a lovely balcony to wake up to mountain views. A breakfast that deserves the name 'superb,' and set me up for another long day of hiking. Lovely people, and the number of regular customers in the restaurant gave the impression that the Belvedere lives up to its reputation.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Very well kept garden with a playground for kids. The dinner menu (not included in price) was also quite good. Everything else within what you can expect for 3 stars. Overall we would recommend.

Bathroom was clean, but smelled of bleach. Kaisersemmel on Saturday we're not good (but we're good on Sunday).

An amazing place. We stopped on our way to Croatia. Close to the highway and yet in a beautiful location. Very comfortable room, great service. After only one night we know we will be back there for longer!

There were a lot of people smoking cigarettes, but this was not the fault of the facility but the local culture. You could smell the cigarettes from the neighbours on the balcony.

The place was clean, spa and pool were well taken care of. Close to the ski area and supermarket. It looked like some recent remodeling had taken place. Room was large

Our room was above the kitchen apart from smell we could hear a vent going till late at night. Old wooden floors were squeaking a lot. Food in the restaurant was in OK category

Food is superb , especially lunch and diiner. That was like home cooking. I love all menu I ordered , boiled beef , pork with garlic sauce , all are traditional Austrian Cusine. I am highly recommend to stay in this restuarant house . It is one of the best meal in Austria ( for me ). Thank you so much Karl.

We visited Belvedere for the second time, we also took friends with us. Spacious room with a large shower, comfortable beds, warmth in the room. Wide selection of breakfasts, good coffee. The sauna is also great. A short distance to the ski slopes, parking without problems. You can also go skiing in Stuhleck, it's a short distance away. We recommend. :)

The garden is beautiful and the sauna had a garden view and you could even sunbathing there. The swimming pool is quite big. The food was delicious, they had every day a new menu for a reasonable price. And for breakfast you could order fresh omelet or scrambled eggs. Everything there is perfectly clean.

Unfortunately there was an ongoing reconstruction and the workers were right before our window and balcony, so we had closed curtains in our room during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Belvedere Hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
