Location perfect in the middle of town, afternoon tea after skiing, lovely indoor pool area, lovely balcony view of the mountains. Very comfortable rooms and amenities. Amazing buffet breakfast and delightful staff. The hotel is a beautiful authentic Austrian which we loved!

We loved it, didn’t dislike anything.

Been here twice already. Great location. Very friendly staff. Restaurant menu got an upgrade especially for dinner. Nice pool and relaxation area.

Although everything works, the room facilities are relatively old and some parts could use a facelift and modernisation.

Food was great and the location was right in the middle of town. No restaurants were open during interseason, but the hotel had reasonably priced meals available. The rooms were a little small, but comfortable and the spa/swimming pool was clean and a great experience.

We were given a view of the construction across the street and not many people were at the hotel. We would have liked a better mountain view.

Very friendly staff. Good location and excellent spa. Very nice breakfasts.

Felt I was given worst room in hotel unfortunately. A small corner room on 1st floor. With interconnecting door which meant I was disturbed by people talking late at night in adjoining room Perhaps using booking.com - rather than booking direct, negatively impacted what I was given

Spacious room, great food, nice filtered coffee during breakfast, location, pool

Temperature in the room- there is no A/C thus impossible to regulate the temperature, no kettle to make tea/ coffee in the room
