The hotel is perfectly located, opposite the train station, a few steps away from the pedestrian street with shops, bars, and restaurants. There's also free parking onsite. The hotel is near the gondola and chair lifts. We enjoyed the wellness area, especially after a day on the slopes. The breakfast offered a great variety; both hot a cold and the services were great. The owners and staff were great hosts; friendly, helpful, and attentive - Thank you! I would recommend this hotel.

Everything!!! The owners, Klaus and his wife, and the receptionist Andrea, were so warm, welcoming, friendly upon our arrival and all throughout our 4 night stay; we felt like family ♥️ The breakfast buffet quality, quantity and variety was the best we ever had! and that is really saying something because we travel extensively throughout the world. The location is just across the street from the train station, and perfectly situated close to the cable cars. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved everything!

The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. A spacious, comfortable room with great bathroom. Ski lockers were so organised - not the usual bun-fight for space or worse for wear wooden cupboard. Excellent breakfast with a huge range of options. Superb location for the cable cars out of the village and also right opposite the station and bus stops. The hotel can also sort out ski passes at no additional cost which helps avoid the queues, they can also offer help and an arranged discount at a local ski store/rental. Klaus was really friendly, welcoming and helpful and a good sense of humor. All the staff were super helpful and friendly.

I actually don't think anything could have been better.

The location was fantastic, five minutes walk from the train station (we travelled by train, which was just over an hour from the centre of Innsbruck; after getting an easy bus to there from the airport) and also only five minutes from the main lifts at the bottom of St. Anton. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold dishes, pastries and drinks. We more than stuffed ourselves so we could bat through lunch, having only a snickers and cappucino, until supper time. The hotel was super clean, spotless even. All the staff were friendly, but a big shout out must go to Andrea on reception in particular who was so helpful and friendly, both during our stay and prior with various bits of communication. [For the benefit of management, she is a real star] Unfortunately, the weather the week we stayed was not good. I only mention this because that can often tarnish one's view of a place. But despite the weather, the Hotel Runsdeck was still a fantastic place. If I were to go to St. Anton again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

Hard to find anything to write here, but if I must, personally I prefer the English / American custom of shorts or swimwear in a sauna as opposed to the local "kit off" requirement. As a result, we did not use the sauna facilities.

We highly recommend this place. We met very nice staff, everyone was helpful and attending. Underground parking is available. Breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is located on the main street with all the restaurants and bars just a few steps away. There is very close to the ski lifts. Rooms are clean and very stylish. Lovely room with a balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location, close to cable cars, restaurants, and stores. Great hikes withing walking distance (such as the waterfall and Verwallsee), we didn't have to use the car (and the parking is free). Great breakfast with multiple gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options.

Staff were fantastic, super helpful, and cleaned our room everyday, and tidied up beyond what I would consider expected every day. made our trip really easy, thanks very much to the front desk and cleaning staff particularly. Location was great, able to drop off equipment and go to the apres bars not in ski boots which makes a lot of difference. Beds and room all very comfortable, heated boot room, tvs, kitchen equipment all top notch. would stay again and recommend to friends.

We arrived at midnight due to train delay. The owner was exceptionally understanding and kind, even gave us two bananas as snack without being asked, upon check in though the hotel was closed. It was raining and we needed to catch a bus, again the owner sent us by car to the bus terminal. We are extremely grateful to their kindness.

The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. The room and ensuite were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. Close to the centre, railway station and ski lifts.

There was nothing to dislike. It was a wonderful place to stay.
