This hotel is absolutely wonderful. While it may be slightly older, everything is maintained in excellent condition—everything works perfectly, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a flawless experience. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional, almost like fine dining by local standards. The meals were diverse, delicious, and beautifully presented. The location is unbeatable—close to the ski lifts and set in a breathtaking area, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The spa facilities are outstanding, featuring multiple saunas, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi—all beautifully designed and perfectly maintained. Everything was superb and exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It truly offers an experience that is above and beyond in every way!

Ski room was convenient. Allowed me to take a shower after skiing and after check out was very cool. Shuttle to/from train station was great, although would be nice if it was longer hours (when I arrived my train was delayed past 5pm and the shuttle service stopped at 5pm).

Perfectly positioned in the village, just 5 minutes walk from the railway station. This is a real old fashioned family run Tyrolean hotel - perfect. Excellent facilities, lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere and a marvellous comfortable room. A heated outdoor swimming pool was a bonus - we were swimming as the sun came over the mountains in the morning. Fabulous

You can really get a better location than hotel post, it’s right in the town centre, 4 mins walk to the bottom of the Galzig lift. There’s a lovely spa, with saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs and a pool. There’s staff are really lovely and very helpful.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the bathroom was spacious. The room had large windows and a small tv. The curtains were good enough but not black out curtains. The food was excellent btw! Not to forget!.

However, the bed mattress was split in the middle, which made it less comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom felt a little out dated. Updating the bathroom fixtures and replacing the mattress with a single one would greatly enhance the room's comfort and overall appeal.

From the moment we arrived it was relaxing and the staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The room was clean and spacious.

The only negative and why I didn’t give it 10 was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities or water in the room and I would expect that from a four star hotel.

Great location— 5 minute walk to the gondola. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Ski locker downstairs convenient.

This was truly the most friendly staff I have ever met, very helpful and easy to reach. Also the food was really phenomenal.

The rooms were difficult to cool, so pretty hot nights.

the location was just perfect for a ski holiday. located in the village near all restaurants and facilities and a very short walking distance to the chairlifts and gondola. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and room was spacious and very comfy.

Lovely, spacious hotel with good communal areas for relaxing after skiing or before dinner.

The noisy guests above us, I’m assuming feral children jumping off beds. Sounded like elephants 😂.
