This was late season but the staff still was friendly and engaging and really took good care of us. Going above and beyond on a specific example as well. we were happy. Location is A+++. couldnt be better positioned for town and the lifts and the ski school. excellent breakfast. great pool and spa area.

The pillows are not good at all. Way too soft, and unlike other hotels that have two types of pillow per person, these were the same pillows so you just had to deal with the softness. better to have one sot and one firm so people have a choice. we had neck ache every day waking up because these pillow were useless. Bring your own from home if you can.

The location was perfect! Right next door to two large excellent ski rental shops and next door to the main gondola. It is also at the top end of the lovely pedestrianised shopping & restaurant village area, which is just lovely. I must say, St Anton has a reputation for being an "apres" or party destination (which it is) but I did not expect it to be so picturesque and atmospheric! The service was incredible, the facilities were second to none, and the food was outstanding! I am definitely coming back here!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location, staff, food, bar, spa, etc. I should say, everything & anything about this hotel was amazing. The owner was there everyday overseeing everything & the staff had a great relationship with her. They were like a family & treated all the guests like one. They had a beautiful event for Christmas Eve & an exquisite menu. On Christmas day they had gifts for all the kids & parents. Extremely thoughtful. One of the best places we have ever stayed at.

The Ullrhaus is sheer class. Thomas and his team are expectional - so personable, accommodating and lovely to talk to. The food was outstanding (they even made us a Michelin star fine-dining vegan meal - bespoke - for our dinner - it was incredible. The decor is gorgeous, the bar with central fire pit is one of the most inviting hotel bars I have ever been to - gorgeous to sit in and read/work/snooze - whatever takes your fancy. Occasional live music too. The spa is sensational - huge underground lap pool, two saunas at set temperatures and a steam room and the added bonus of a relaxation room with comfy chairs and loungers to snooze on or read...ski boot room is exceptional - you have your own heated lockers and the room is right next to x2 gondolas going up either side of the mountain - I cannot emphasise how superb the location is - it's the best of any hotel in the whole of St Anton. The hotel is new (2021 open) and is already the best in the area - don't bother even looking at anywhere else!

The location was amazing, the food was top end restaurant quality, the rooms were comfortable, the spa was well equipped and the bar area cozy with the sofas and roaring fire. A top class hotel with staff who are friendly and attentive.

Shame it's wasn't ski right to the door, otherwise this place would be perfect! However, a less than 2 minute walk with your ski's is nothing to complain about!

This place was overall phenomenal. Beautiful spa, spotless, great design, great staff, great food, excellent location.

The views weren't that good! and the balcony not private so if you like having a coffee on the balcony in your bathrobe looking at the mountains, you will not get that experience here. We got woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm and had to stand outdoors freezing, no staff in sight, no way to contact anyone. Eventually the fire brigade came but it was a confusing experience. So night porter would have been appreciated.

The rooms, food, service and facilities were all really great - location is perfect.

For us, the indoor temperature was too hot (mainly in the ski locker room and the bar/restaurant area). It didn't seem to bother a lot of people though. The temperature for our room was adjusted by the front desk team and was great afterwards.

Single beds pushed together to make a double with ineffective mattress topper (we had to ask for this) and two single divers. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very expensive restaurant for dinner and a limited snack menu. These were the only things we didn’t like.

Fantastic experience. Hotel near the ski lifts, in the centre of Sankt Anton. Comfortable and clean rooms. Large garage with wallbox to charge the electric car. Friendly and very kind staff. Fantastic culinary experience. The hotel organizes hiking and e-bike tours for its guests, very very nice! We will be back for the winter season!!!

Breakfast was AMAZING!! Such a huge variety of delicious foods on the breakfast buffet, and also hot eggs to order too. Staff were all wonderful, so friendly, and couldn't do enough for you. The spa area was very relaxing... only wish they also had a jacuzzi, but you can't have everything!! The town had some really great Apres ski bars and restaurants and was pretty, and pleasant to go out and explore. Location, and variety of ski lifts was very very easy, as was locations for ski/boot hire.

Nothing... only the slushy snow conditions, but that's not the fault of the hotel or resort, simply the weather...
