Everything was perfect! The thoughtfulness of the staff and care they take to ensure you have a relaxing visit is unlike anything we've experienced before- the spa is exceptionally clean, the (included) beverages in the spa area and snacks are great, rooms are cozy, beds are comfortable (they even include two different types of pillows), wonderful restaurant with delicious food, and a top management keeping an eye on everything but without being intrusive. We look forward to returning as soon as possible!

We had a wonderful stay at Arpuria! We loved every minute of it. The breakfast was SO good, everything very fresh and a lot of choices. The wellness area was very nice and was even better than we expected. A lot of different choices in the spa area and with free fruit and water. It was so nice, with the option about renting mountainbike and worked so well. We had them for 3 days. Also the staff is very helpful with information about good routes. The best thing about the stay, was the feeling of being seen and feeling special as a guest. With little surprises at the arrival, under the stay and when we checked out. The staff was very lovely and always friendly and helpful - 10/10! I could go on and on, about how fantastic this stay was. We will definitely go there again at some point! Thank you so much for a good stay!

I have nothing to put a finger on! We were so happy with our stay.

Hotel has been refurbished and is a nice mix of old and modern. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and bathroom is well equipped with a great shower and Rituals toiletries. Staff were without exception fabulous - very friendly, extremely helpful, and always ready with a smile. Food was excellent, so much so that we cancelled a dinner reservation we'd made in town for the final night and chose to eat in the hotel a third time instead. Lovely wellness area with a pool, hot tub, sauna and salt room as well as lots of relaxation areas. Sauna is unclothed but everywhere else allows swimwear. Breakfast buffet is not enormous but everything is of a really high quality and there's a good selection of fruit, cheese, meats and hot food available on request. Lovely views out over the mountains and St Anton itself.

The hotel is a little way outside the town, up a steep hill. It's a pleasant walk down, but we took a taxi back up. We were told they run shuttles to the ski slopes in winter and you can store ski equipment next to the cable car free of charge through the hotel.

Spa and renovated area is beautiful

Kids under 18 wearing their swimsuits were in the adult only spa. Spa was only open at 14:00 and wasn’t even warm by that time. Pool was cold and jets not working. Long climb to get to and get back from town. Otherwise great hotel!

Breakfasts were brilliant, with a good choice of healthy options. The hotel has been recently refurbished and everything looks clean, new, and modern. The spa is fantastic.

Our double room was very small. Also, the evening meals were not a good value for money. I ordered rabbit with polenta for our first dinner at the hotel. The rabbit was too salty, polenta was both very heavy (perhaps too much butter was added) and salty. For our second dinner, we ordered fondu. It was too boozy - perhaps too much white wine was added? The chef needs to up her game.

St Anton at this time of year is very quiet and little much else is open. Summer season starts about mid to late June. For anyone without a car, it is a considerable walk - the return is uphill - if you want to go to centre of town to eat etc. But as nothing is really open, one eats at the hotel. If arriving by train, they offer a shuttle; much appreciated. But the trade off is the quiet, and, from the front rooms, the view. Breakfast could not be faulted.

Great setting, spa was relaxing and great after skiing, staff was super friendly. Location is 5 min walk or shuttle from Galzigbahn gondola. The food is great. Really enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant Pura.

The only downside of the place is it’s up a big hill. You can call the hotel and they will send a car to come and get you! It’s well worth calling, as it’s a real hill.

The hotel all in all is wonderful. Newly refurbished and it gives you that feeling too. All staff are welcoming, and the bar is nice and cosy. The food was superb, breakfast and dinner. The spa is amazing! literally amazing. The rooms were nice and spacious and the bathroom was lovely too. The shuttle bus down to the slopes makes the trip bettet too. All in all well worth the 10 rating! Thank you

Luxury touches really make it. On edge of town and up a hill but that means you wake up to a beautiful view. Shuttle bus available but we just walked it; it’s fine. Breakfast is spot on, spa is very relaxing

Liked it all, definitely book dinner as it was full one evening

Property is lovely, beds are exceptionally comfortable! The food in the restaurant is fabulous, exquisite! Everything had been cooked and presented beautifully. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

Only negative would be the walk up from town as it’s a steep incline and the room is a little small and we had to share a balcony.
