Great variety of food served with our stay everyday (we loved the salad bar that comes with dinner in particular). We really enjoyed using the wellness centre (which has a pool, sauna and steam room) after a day of hard skiing. The driver Goran was very friendly and helped us to and from the train station, as well as to and from the gondolas everyday. The reception was always ready to help with anything and very understanding when we had to change our group size prior to arriving, despite issues we faced due to Booking.com customer service. Would be happy to stay again!

If you miss the free hotel transfer time window or the free resort buses (~10min intervals after ski lifts close), the walk back to the hotel from town is quite steep.

The half board option was great, effectively a six course dinner every night and a full breakfast buffet each morning, special mention to being able to easily adapt for my partners dietary requirements and make her feel special and not to miss out on anything! All service staff were lovely and each made an effort to get to know you personally if there for multiple days, Great option for skiing at St Anton, prompt driver doing runs each morning and afternoon to and from the slopes. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is quite convenient for skiers, all what needed is there: the storage room, the bus, taking you to the lift and etc. Clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Good swimming pool spa zone with very nice hot sauna. The barman is really good and attentive, makes extremely good cocktails. The place is very cozy. We came at 09:00 in the evening when the restaurant was closed. But the hotel prepared and served some snacks for us, which was EXTREMELY nice of them and very pleasant after 7 hours of driving.

Price quality ratio did not match expectations. We paid 425 euro per night (high season, came too late to book), at this price we would expect a bit higher quality. We also did not like the food. Breakfast was too small in terms of variety. If you come late in the morning - a lot of the options are gone. Evening meals were not delicious.

Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and look after me (Victor at breakfast took the time to talk to this solo traveller, and reception was really helpful when I asked at the eleventh hour for an early morning packed breakfast). I liked the traditional feel of the place, especially the bar and restaurant areas. In terms of location, it was conveniently close to the free shuttle bus. The hotel’s own shuttle was also convenient. It is easy to walk down the hill to town in the evening (as it is downhill!). Less so retuning uphill after a night out, but invigorating! As it is not right in the centre, it was also quiet, which was not the experience my friends had who were staying at Anthony’s in the centre.

Small comment, but I think that some of the messaging is a little institutional in feeling and probably causes more harm to the hotel than the benefit it seeks to preserve. For example; the sign on the fridge in the room that says that you cannot store anything in it or will receive a 30 euro charge (it is meant to be just for use as a hotel mini bar). I didn’t intend to put my own things in there anyway, but this felt unnecessarily harsh and inflexible.

The breakfasts were brilliant, I think our favourite meal of the day. Evening meals were great too, very local cuisine and very tasty! Loved that cake was also available late afternoon in the lounge area after skiing

Personal, Sauna

There is a lot of food, but not many vegetarian options, and not too tasty, but ok. No water or cattle in the room.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful and cosy hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. The staff is very nice. An excellent taxi service to the ski lifts is included in the price. All in all, the hotel is perfectly managed. All recommendations
