Amazing. Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us. Super relaxing. Great play areas including climbing walls and sports hall. Good food. Comfy rooms. Great views. Lovely places to explore. Very close to Italian border with amazing scenery to discover. Breakfast was great, big selection, freshly made waffles, everything you could want. Great bar with good value drinks and snacks. Nice cocktails at low prices. Also lots of good restaurants and bakeries nearby. Kids loved all the play areas and the selection of ice creams. Only regret was not staying for longer. An unforgettable stay.

The location was wonderful, with a sight of snowy mountains and the overwhelming sight of the Europa bridge above us. We had a rich breakfast with all sorts of tasty things, including homemade marmalade, sausages and eggs and a lot more. The room was comfortable and we had enough space to stay with our two dogs. The late night anonymous check-in was very convenient because we didn't need to worry about waking someone up and the hotel staff was very polite and nice to us.

To be honest there was nothing we didn't like, we had a very nice time.

Very good vibe in hotel, responsive staff. Perfect buffet for the dinner for a good price. Pizzeria as another option to have a meal. Nice surroundings: mountains, mountain river, bridge. A lot of playgrounds for kids inside and outside.

1. Coffee could be better: no coffee machine, just filter coffee for the breakfast. 2. No bar in dinning area. To bring drinks waiter goes to the main bar in lobby and in general shuttles between these 2 areas all the time. As a result you either wait for waiter or drinks too long. 3. Remote from TV was missing.

Extremely clean. Spacious double room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Evening meals available either pre booked evening menu or pizza restaurant no booking required. Excellent cafe for drinks and cakes. Located next to the Lift station. 15 minutes walk from the main train station. A variety of walks available from the door. Guest card gives free use of buses and trains between Innsbruck and Brenner Pass. I would definitely book again. Better than some 4 star hotels.

Very nice and clean hotel in very good location close to highway. Good for the stop with family on the journey to Italy.

Restaurant should be called buffet (not restaurant). Ordering of meals from menu is not the case. Food is sitting on the heating trays for a while. Not easy to find something fresh / special (not ready meals). These are overheated through time on the heaters. Pizzeria is better choice I suppose and recommed for others. Many kids running around, which for people seeking quiet stay could be problematic. Kids are kids, but it's affecting the others.

The hotel is quite large with lots of rooms and good facilities. The convenience of staying there overnight to break up our long journey is unbeatable. It was clean, comfy, had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was okay, very busy with lots of families, good coffee. The bar area is very pleasant and we enjoyed a few drinks. Would probably stay again.

There were a lot of families with lots of children, who are enjoying some local animation programme. It's fine if you don't mind them running down the corridors outside your hotel room and crowding the common areas. The breakfast is a very busy time and the staff have to work hard to make sure everything is topped up regularly, but they're doing their best.

Hotel had an excellent breakfast which was included with the room rate.

Value for money and room rates were different when booking through Booking.com on various nights (I had booked a two night stay for myself and a friend and then had to book an extra night just for my friend as they would be arriving a day earlier - same room was used for all days of stay). The room rate for my friend was higher than the room rates for my two night stay. The hotel had no explanation for this at check out.

Super kid friendly hotel, there were kids everywhere, there is a huge area for kids to play indoors plus a small are also for smaller kids (small kitchen). There are 3 outdoors playgrounds and also some books available for kids to read (all in German). The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The hotel is 2 min away from the ski lift so we could avoid using the car the whole weekend which was great.

We had to wait to do the check-in as the room wasn't ready at 16:00 as expected. The two single beds move at any simple movement during the night which resulted in a hole in the middle. It would be great if you could give guests the option to choose a proper double bed. For us it was even more important since our daughter likes to sleep with us. The toiletries in the shower weren't filled up properly so after 2 showers we had no more shower gel.

amazing location, great value for money

The hotel needs more staff. I felt sorry for the exhausted staff who, despite their best efforts, could not keep up with their work. I witnessed them being indiscriminately cursed at by guests from southern Europe.

Clean room with all necessary facilities. Parking is available for free. Fresh air. Good location, if we had more time we would have visited mountains as well - lift station is 3mins away by foot. Breakfast was okay. Restaurant (pizzeria) works late hours on site. There is a basketball/football court.

Water wasn’t included to the price. Breakfast could be better (more fresh vegetables, salat, greens, fruits, crepes)
