The location in central Telfs is great, easy to have dinner in close by restaurants, several great restaurants in few minute walk. The family rooms are very spacious and sofabeds quite comfy. Easy parking in garage. Late check in was easy to follow.

The family room double bed is in fact two sided singlebeds I always hate if travelling as couple or with family and for me this is huge minus. We had two rooms and one was heated well, our family room was a lot colder. There is no mini fridge in the room. I would expect this in family rooms and in 4star hotel. This is max 3star hotel if even this. Breakfast is ok but choices are very narrow. The communication before arrival was very limited, we needed late chek in and got the instructions an hour before arrival so we were a bit confused do we get acess to our rooms or not. In one sunday there was new waiter in breakfast area whowere quite rude. In general ok stay but not for second time.

We had an amazing time! The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is easy accessible from the highway. They have a sauna, witch is very nice. And a restaurant with good food. The garage is at an extra cost. The parking is free not far from the hotel. The breakfast is good. Almost the same in everyday. For us it was not a problem.

Very easy to find as I arrived late. Special service for when you arrive late. Worked perfectly. Very authentic and modern at the same time. Breakfast is simple but good. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms modern and clean.

There was no kettle provided in the room, when I needed a cup of hot beverage to warm me up middle of night. The hotel rate hiked up due to a big event in the city

Everything was very good, friendly staff, clean rooms, magnificent view from sauna roof top. very good restaurant with "Schnitzel". Will come in octobre again.

Prepaid by Booking.com but tourist tax was not included and had to be paid cash only. It is 2024! Include it or allow card payments!

The breakfast was enjoyable loads to offer the location was great.

I could not find any faults with this hotel would not change anything.

Only the sound proofing was a bit of a disadvantage due to old building, but the cozy atmosphere easily compensates that.
