The hotel is centrally located, just a couple of minutes from the main street of Telfs. Shopping centers, restaurants, etc., are very close by. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. There is a very good train connection with Innsbruck. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-furnished with air conditioning, a TV, and stable Wi-Fi - everything you need for a stay. There is an excellent view of the mountains from the window. The staff is very caring and helpful, and responds immediately to all requests.

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. It worked great, especially with the balcony and underground garage. The beds were very comfortable and the room super clean. The hotel is very modern, has vending machines with snacks, beverages and toilettries. The building is situated near the shopping centre and water park/swimming pools. It is short distance drive from the highway. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

One of 2 elevators didn't work and you had to wait quite a while in the morning to get to the garage. There was some computer problem and our room cards was blocked on daily basis so we had to go to the reception during the opening time of the front desk to have it fixed. Otherwise all was great.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious

The hotel itself was nice, but we were surprised to find that there was only one staff member handling almost everything – from reception and bar service to laundry maintenance, bringing a baby bed to our room, housekeeping tasks, and even fixing the air conditioning. While he was doing his best, it felt understaffed for such a large hotel

Being on a road trip, we appreciated that the hotel is located near the highway, yet close to the center of Telfs, for a quick walk around during the day. Despite the room is facing the road, the glass window provides great level of soundproof so that we were not affected at all by the traffic. Although for 1 night and at the time of our stay (end of January), there was not much traffic. We packed some food with us for the trip, and were happy that at the Snack area, there is a microwave that we could heat up our food.

There was no phone in the room to contact reception, and when I went to the front desk during the day, it was unattended. it’s worth noting that the property is about 25 km from Innsbruck, which may be inconvenient for some travelers.

Lovely reception staff. Good, clean rooms. Very good location, close to motorway, great for Telfs, Innsbruck etc. Plenty of car parking.

Room description was not quite as described, but they were polite and explained the differences / reasons... Drinking water bottle was only one per stay, rather than daily, or even one bottle each time they serviced the room, which was every 3 days.

The location is great, very close to Insbruk and also to the tracking trails nearby. The room was tidy and spacious. The view was also nice. And for some extra fee you’ll get the access to the garage from which you can get directly to the hotel using elevator

The automatic aircon systems turns by itself every time you open the window to get some fresh air, what is a bit awkward. Also we’ve been feeling the smell of the cat, which left I’d might think, from the previous guest

I loved the rain shower and obviously the view. Clean! Nice staff. I liked how it had a nice balance between independence and hotel service!

Some of the staff was sort of ”ruder” when they realised we didn’t know german :/ not rude but kind of like their smile went away

A very comfortable and spacious room. The room had everything we needed. We stayed one night but would have been happy staying multiple. The staff were very helpful and the parking was secure in the basement.

The hairdryer in the bathroom lacked any power. Nice to have it provided but it could do with updating.

great location for us while travelling from Rotterdam to Cortina, straight off the road and back on again the next morning. comfortable bed, quiet room, dog friendly too.

hidden extras not informed about when booking. like extra for parking. additional charges for breakfast and the dog were expected. also the room was exceptionally hot…even after turning the heating off and the AC on it was still far too hot.
