All the play area’s, indoors and outdoors are GREAT! We were upgraded to a better apartment which was nice, and it was a very spacious apartment. Location was convenient and the option to rent a baby carrier was a huge advantage for us!

Overall we had a great stay, it’s in the small things which we were surprised they didn’t supply - shampoo, bath robes, coffee capsules.. nothing wrong with it, just was expecting at this level of luxury to provide this, as they do call themselves a resort. I had a massage and I wouldn’t recommend, it’s in the therapists office.. not the ambience I was expecting.

Only good words. The 3 bed room's apartment was large enough for a family of five including one teenager. Each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and practical. The staff is very helpful (reception, waiters, etc.). The facilities are great and provide with many options to do in the hotel in any weather. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Wagrin is a very nice little village with many trails and staff do in the area (the hotel's staff assisted with the many choices).

No A/C in the deluxe rooms!! it was 30c outside and we had to open windows but since there are no mosquitoes nets, tons of mosquitoes came in and we couldn’t sleep.. Also the apartment wasn’t accessible and we had to climb more than 20 steps with the luggage

Very friendly staff, great facilities for adults and for kids alike. Nice property and surroundings. The kids had days of fun in the play area (bowling, trampoline, gymnasium for basketball, soccer,...; movies, PS3, pool billard,...), as well as at the indoor pool and on the well kept outside soccer field. The owners offered trail running and archery. Great breakfast with very friendly and quick service. Upgrade upon arrival into the PH1 which has a great size and modern interior design. Roof terrace with nice views of the surrounding mountains.

The children had a great time (ages 8 and 11), the hotel has a huge underground floor with lots of games for children, trampolines, a basketball court, an indoor pool with a slide, a small bowling alley and the kids played there for hours. It's an excellent solution for rainy hours. The hotel is very nice and clean, the view is lovely and the staff is kind.

The location is excellent. The room is large, very clean, and well equipped. Lots of free parking spaces (with places for electric charging) The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The staff is kind, charming, ready to help at any moment. A variety of free activities: for adults there is a gym, swimming pools, sauna, soccer field and more... The highlight of the place is, in our opinion, the great activities for children, whether in the art craft in the children's club or in the play halls (bowling, ping pong, slides and more...) or in the hotel's indoor pool which has 3 water slides.

The only thing that disturbed us during our stay at the hotel - there is a problem with the temperature regulation in the room.

Restaurant in the hotel is a bit spotty in dinner availability during the week. Some days are close or ending early which required us to improvise last minute.
