We only stayed for a night, as we were passing through Austria on the way to UK, but it was lovely. We had booked 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to put us in adjoining rooms. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were super comfy. They had mini-fridge, cups, kettle, coffee, TV, fan, nice towels, even pen and paper for notes. Check-in and check-out was pretty straightforward and the staff was kind and friendly. Honestly can't fault the place.

We were there at around 20:30, but the restaurant was closed. Nonetheless, there was a pizza place nearby, so it was ok.

Staff on reception and running the bar were incredibly helpful and friendly, I really appreciated their advice on the area too. The rooms were clean, the showers hot and the breakfast was full of choice. The location is really near the bustling bars and restaurants of Wels.

There is a car park but it has a low height restrictor which was too low with a roof box on the car. Street parking is at a premium in this location and took a while.

The main thing we found about this property is the staff support and the Location. The staff at reception are really helpful, especially we were seeing Mr. Christopher, who was always pleasant and running to meet the guest requests. He was attending the reception and also helping the other guests at side with requirements. He helped us to get the taxi in no time, also the receptionist at our check-in time (didnt get his name), he was also very helpful. Hotel facility is great and meeting our requirements. The location is the most advantage for us as it was connecting to all the main places like Visa office, Train station, bank, ATM etc.

It is nothing major, but when we gave for cleaning the room, the bed was not set as usual in other hotels. The bed linen was just put on top of the bed without proper make.

Overall, a clean room. Very comfy bed and pillow. Good size of room. Good size of bed. Good size of bathroom, clean and very well equiped.

few stains on the carpet at the room entrance, but nothing major. As general comment, ok, in terms of cleanliness. Bit confusing with the underground parking, leveles were not very clear defined in the elevator.

The room and the bathroom were big. The room has a minifridge and a water kettle. The hotel is well located and a big plus is the underground garage (10 Euro per day). The staff was ok.

The floor carpet had an unpleasant smell. There was no AC in the rooms and during summer it was very hot. We had an electric fan and it helped a little. The hotel is located near a church and the church bells will wake you up at 6 AM.

A nice hotel in the center of Wels. Enough restaurants and bars in the area for a nice evening. The room was very clean and tidy. Very good beds and a nice spacious bathroom. We only stayed one night because we were passing through. But we will definitely come back a little longer to admire the beautiful city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking is possible under the hotel in a parking garage, the costs are € 8.50 per day. But maybe you can also park nearby for a different price or for free.

We did not discover any negative points during our short stay.

We spent there 1 night 'on route'. We needed a quiet place to sleep and the hotel gave us exactly that. Decent breakfast and option to use underground garage. The room had english channels and large bathroom

The hotel is quite old, but clean. Will need an decor update in upcoming years

Sadly asked for Decaff coffee either for room or from bar but they said did not have, yet at breakfast there was. Some areas just a little bit of updating

The location was good, right in the city centre. The room was big enough and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean.

The room didn't have AC, which made it quite hot. I guess it would be fine on a regular day, but there was more than 30 degrees outside, so we could really use AC.

The room was very large and comfortable. We did not have breakfast in hotel. The location is excellent, right at the eastern margin of the historical city center making the visit of it very easy.

It is difficult to find something I did not like.
