Very impressive the check-in process, as there is no human-human contact, everything is well prepared, you find your key on a desk when you arrive. The room is not too big, but enough for two nights. The design is simple, but much better than in the photos. Even the hotel has no restaurant, but there some really good ones within a 5 km diameter circle in the villages nearby. Parking is solved, there is no extra cost, but there is space enough.

Even the human-human contact is minimized, but during the breakfast we couldn't meet English speaking person. However, tell you the truth, the salamis, hams were not first class quality, they looked the cheapest ones of a food shop. Lack of A/C might be a serious problem in warm summertime. We were lucky, because the outside temp was not above 30 Celsius, therefore we were able to manage our staying, BUT...

Nice hotel with self check in. We’ve stayed here before, nice bedroom with chairs and desk, TV, good WiFi.There is a decent bathroom with shower and basin and toilet with free toiletries. There was a hair dryer.There is a lift to the bedrooms. A good breakfast with boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage,ham, cold meats, cheeses,cucumber,tomato and peppers. Bread rolls, butter, pate and vegetarian spreads.Good coffee and a selection of cakes/ pastries.

Staff don’t really interact with customers. I made a coffee using the machine and then added the milk from the hot milk frother but it had wheyed out. I had to search for a member of staff to take the milk away. The bedroom was also hot, the air conditioning was just a fan. The keycard has to be used for the lights, could do with two cards when there are two guests so that you can leave and enter the room separately.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. I have appreciated the bed which was very confy, unlikely to others hotels I have experienced in the area. Breakfast was delicious.

It was a bit noisy. Although the hotel is in a remote vilage, there was some agricultural machine crosing our street and making it quite noisy if you kept the window open. Also, the vilage is close to the Linz airport, and I could hear the planes landing/departing.

we really enjoyed self-checking because we arrive late at night. we were on a long trip by car, so we just needed to stay for a one night. the distance from a highway is a few minutes so its a great place to stay. the breakfast was great, lot of possibilities at the table. hotel looks at least the same as on photographs, maybe even a bit better once youb come in. everythings clear and comfy.

beds were a bit too soft for us, but its not major problem, its more about preference.

It is an entirely new hotel with excellent bathroom, spacy room and pleasant equipment. At the arrival, the key was waiting for us because the hosts were busy but everything functioned perfectly.

It seems that the facility is not completely finished: if they put a working table, there should be a table lamp. If the room is for two, there should be two glasses in the bathroom. And only two hangers in the cabinet is not enough. And the room would have been more pleasant with a picture on the wall. Or just a poster. It is really a pity, because otherwise, it is such a nice place.

For us ideal location near to Linz and Bad Schallerbach thermal spa. Nice modern and comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Free parking spots.

For me not comfortable bed, but this is very individual. I prefere more hard ones.

The hotel is super clean, located in a very nice village. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast is also very nice. I rated the location with 10, because the nature is amazing, clean and super relaxing. However, note that it is in a very remote area, so you don't have restaurants and supermarkets nearby and you should plan in advance, especially if you plan to arrive late in the evening. The hotel has also nice offer of wines. Overall, this is very beautiful place to stay and relax.

The restaurant was not open in the evening. We arrived around 8 pm, so there was nothing to eat nearby. The staff recommended a restaurant several kilometers away, but the kitchen was closed at 8.30 pm.

Beautiful location across from the lake. Very close to town and lovely eateries. We had a balcony unit which was lovely to sit out and enjoy the scenery. Breakfast was beautiful and plentiful. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

it was in a very small village with no further activities so you would need a car
