We came at 23:50, receptionist has waited for us. We are family of 5, we were very tired, and he was so kind, fast, and in 1 minute already in our room. Room was with 4 beds, perfect for us. Hot water, towels, and parking behind the hotel.

It would be great that they have family breakfast price, 5 of us 17 euros is too much. But 5 for 30-40, would be great, breakfast could be smaller.

The breakfast was excellent! Very diverse and nourishing.

The room was pretty cold with the minimum amount of heating. It was unpleasant especially after taking a walk on a rainy day in Wels.

I had an individual room for 6 nights and it was very comfortable for one person, with a lot of furniture to organize my things and to work. The individual bed was comfortable, the room had a lot of natural light and the temperature in the room was perfect. The breakfast buffet has a lot of varied food at a reasonable price for a hotel, and the restaurant is also reasonable, though it is not open at the weekend. I must also say that the staff is very kind. It is 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre, and very close to the train station. There is also a good supermarket nearby.

Just to mention something that didn't work well, I arrived on a Sunday, when there is no reception service, and had instructions as to where to find the key to my room. Well, the key was not where it should be and after looking everywhere I had to call for help. I must say that someone appeared immediately and I was given they key, so it was not a big problem after all.

Breakfast was really good, and the fact that it is possible to have a later check-in is very handy. The room was a decent size with lots of cupboard space (if you need it) and the bed comfortable enough.

On hot days the room gets stuffy and although it's possible to open the window, it would be better to have a fan or aircon. But that's just on hot summer days. There is a bit of traffic outside, but with the window closed you don't notice it much and it becomes more quiet at night.

Good room, very convenient for train station. Bar staff were friendly.

Bit expensive but good quality room, the place closes at 10 pm and really batons down and locks up. Woken at 4 am by the children from hell coughing, screeching and throwing furniture around in a room close by. I did complain to reception but they were more concerned I had paid for breakfast, where the same oriental family were now allowing their son rule of the breakfast room.

Very conveniant locatuona for a night stay on our trip to Belgium, friendly stuff, nice hotel.

There was a fan in the room, no aircondition, but when you open the window it is ok, but if the storm is happening, it can be a problem.

Clean, comfortable modern hotel. Very good room with comfy bed. Very handy for the railway station. No noise from neighbours or from outside.

Nobody on duty overnight. What happens if you lose your card or it doesn't open your room? €13 for breakfast was a little steep, as there were limited vegetarian options. I was on the second floor and the WiFi was a bit weak.

Spacious room, very friendly & helpful staff. Covered onsite parking.

The only downside was no air-con, so the room was very warm (32-degree weather)

Location was convenient for the train station, and a 10 minute walk from the centre of town.

The curtains were not thick enough to cut out nearby artificial lights.

The room was fine. I did have breakfast but wasn't impressed with it, a bit overpriced I think.
