I really appreciated that the room had a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after many hours of driving through the rain. I had messaged the property through Booking to ask if they could reserve a room with a bathtub, since the listing mentioned either a shower or bathtub. They replied very quickly and confirmed the bathtub, which made me feel genuinely looked after. The room was also clean, spacious, and quiet, with a calm atmosphere and a great location for exploring Wels.

Just a couple of minor things that could be improved: the area under the bathtub drain cover was a bit rusty, and the “large double bed” turned out to be two single beds pushed together with separate mattresses and a shared topper. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind, especially for a 4-star standard.

Location is perfect, rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

We booked 2 double rooms. One was extremely spacious, with an entrance hallway, a closet, spacious bathroom, 3 chairs, a coffee table and they could easily fit a kitchen in there if they wanted to. However, the other one was so tiny they even couldn't fit two chairs in there, and they had to separate the toilet and shower in order to fit them both. I understand it's an old building, but it was dissapointing to see so much difference in room sizes, all for the same price. The tiny one should have at least been cheaper.

Comfortable bed, good location, mostly quiet, spacious nice room and bathroom.

The room I got was completely different from what I saw on the pictures and what I expected, but it was not a problem for me and I liked the room I got as well. What I didnt like was other guests shouting in the hallway in the morning when checking out, seems all the guests shouted so perhaps its just bad acoustics. This was also a minor issue.

Nice large room (with Nespresso machine!) in a historical building. Right in the centre of Wels with excellent parking in the courtyard behind the hotel. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered terrace right outside our room. Very friendly staff.

Easy to find, nice looking and comfortable.There is a charging station in the parking and unfortunately fuel cars do not respect it and park there.

It took us about half an hour to get in - we arrived outside reception hours and it was not communicated how to access the room, we had to call them a couple of times before they answered. At the end everything was well explained and we were able to get to our room.

Modern room, several surfaces and two chairs. Location outstanding in old town with great view of square.

Very limited storage for clothing and personal effects. After storing the duvets, there was one cubby hole left for all or stuff, because the safe and reefer took up the others. No AC, which in the heat meant we had to open our window, permitting a lot of traffic noise from motorcycles and cars driven too aggressively.

Big room with centrum of Wels. Was quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast. Very nice personel.

Even I booking parking place, there were no parking for my car. In centrum at the weekend at time before Christmas were very dificult to find place in public parking.

We stayed for one night only but it was all perfect. I really liked the place it looks also very cosy! Very clean room and super easy check-in. The staff was very helpfull and friendly at all times. Parking in front of the hotel was super easy and free of cost on Saturday night.

If to mention anything, there was no feasible breakfast. BUt closeby there a re a few cafes.

I would rate this hotel not with 10,but with 20.The receptionists were all kind,the woman from the kitchen also very polite asking us all the time if it was everything ok,do we need something more.The breakfast was very rich and there was no way something to have less.The room was very spacious,clean,with AC,big bathroom.There was coffee machine Nesspresso for free to make coffee.The location was more than excellent.In the heart of the center.The building was very beautiful.They let us to park our motorbike inside for free.All in one we were very very satisfied.

Stylish, both modern and historical, super comfortable accomodation. It is literally in the city center, close to everything. Great attention to details. Loved the provided high quality creams, gels. The room had a perfect temperature. Breakfast had good range, high quality. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Professional staff, efficient and excellent in every detail.
