Great location just off the highway, private underground garage, room had everything and was clean and comfortable. The hotel and room was more modern than i expected. This is NOT your typical rundown airport hotel that reminds of a hospital!! I was very surprised at the modern amenities, the staff were beyond amazing (night reception guy especially!). Everything in room you need, just bring drinking water if you must drink out of a bottle.

The breakfast has a HUGE variety of food and LOTS of options, i just feel the cooked items in buffet are still the typical hotel industry food which for me is bland and tasteless, but its a personal thing as my taste buds are different. Again, its just a matter of knowing the cooked stuff comes out of some instant box, rather than it was “homemade”

Clean, easy access from underground car park as well as above ground car park. Close to the Exhibition centre, and a supermarket across the road. Staff were friendly and helpful, uncomplicated menu for meals in the restaurant, and for those who wanted to eat in their room, trays were provided to take your meal with you. I travelled with my dogs, and a welcome dog treat bar was just inside the front door. Great to have an electric kettle in the room to make a hot drink.

While it was great to have an electric kettle in the room, but only herbal tea and one black tea were provided. No coffee or milk was provided. I dont drink herbal tea and dont drink my tea black! I am a white coffee drinker. I went over to the supermarket and bought coffee and milk so I could have a nice coffee while relaxing in the room. I was told on check out that if I had asked at the desk they would have given me both coffee and milk. However, I asked at the bar and was told they did not have coffee or milk to supply to the room, but i could buy a coffee and take back to my room.

It’s a new hotel, rooms were clean. Great breakfast. They have a big parking behind the hotel and also an underground parking.

The room was quite small, no wardrobe where you could store your stuff. No slippers, you can’t even buy them. No (complimentary) water in the room and no minibar. There is no phone in the room which means you can’t reach the receptionists, you need to go down to the reception if you need anything. It would be okay I guess, if they haven’t paced a welcome card „helpful team“ or something like that in our room, implying that their staff is there to help with any need. Receptionists aren’t very helpful though. When I asked for an extra blanket they handed it over to me at the reception desk instead of delivering to the room. When leaving the hotel we couldn’t order a coffee as there wasn’t anyone at the bar for 15 min..

Nice, modern ibis hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is simple, but functional. Parking for free is available in streets around the hotel. Easy walking distance from centre and the "Messe".

Ask for a room towards the inner yard, you can hear the traffic a bit in the room that faces towards the road. No mini bar. Not enough towels in the room, but it was available from a desk in the corridor, opposite the lift.

Nice, modern room with very comfortable beds and a spacious, clean bathroom. Very friendly staff at reception, at the bar and at the breakfast buffet. Very cozy lounge and a great bar with lots of choices. Very good breakfast buffet with a great selection. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the exhibition center and about 10 minutes walk to the city center of Wels. In addition there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

There is nothing to complain about.

For a heavy person as I am (123 kg), the bed was extremely comfortable - what's not often the case. Besides that, room furniture was new and very well organized. Depending on the time of arrival, you can free street parking Definitely coming back when I'll be in town.

The Hotel is very clean. The breakfast was perfect, and it's very comfortable to get breakfast till 11:00. The tables were filled till the end, which is superb. The staff are very helpful, polite and flexible.

It would be great to have a sauna or some wellness service, but it's just a proposal for the future. :)

The staff are amazing! We arrived during a torrential rain storm, which unfortunately caused a power outage. The staff were beyond accommodating to make us feel welcome and comfortable. My husband was having issues with swollen ankles and the manager went way above and beyond to help him , without us even asking. The bartender was so good and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again when we visit again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wish we were able to stay longer

The place was clean, hotel open with 24/7 reception. Indoor parking available. The room was big enough, clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The hotel accepts dog.

This isn'tt really an issue but just good to know that there is an extra fee for parking and for pets.

The check in was taking time due to only one person available and the parking should be included in this process or the dewon should be cheaper if the hotel charges for parking space
