I like the contactless check in, but at the last step (after I paid and before getting my key card) there was an error message. I tried clicking both options, but nothing happened. I called customer service and received a lecture (no help) about early check in (I didn't know what time it was). Luckily a person who works for the hotel saw my distress and took over the conversation with customer service. She got me checked in (I was early) and made sure I could get in my room. She (I think maybe her name was Claudia?) was amazing. She could have left me there. I didn't know she worked for the hotel. She didn't. She is a kind, compassionate, caring person and they are lucky to have her on staff.

Customer Service needs to focus on helping solve problems. I know now I was early, but that is no excuse for the attitude of the representative. This was an issue with their software, not with my arrival time. The representative didn't have time to hear the problem and was instead focused on her lecture.

Super clean and new. Free safe parking onsite. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower. Dog friendly. Would highly recommend.

Self check in a good idea if it works. I checked in online but wasn’t sent a code to enter the building. However when I phoned the emergency helpline a very helpful man solved the problem within minutes and issued me a keycard. A fridge in room would be useful.

The self check-in possibility, even late at night. The rooms were clean and well furnished, the beds comfortable, the room silent during the night, despite the hotel being located near a train station with trains passing several times per hour.

The way the air conditioning was controlled and functioned (it took more half an hour to go from 25° to 21° and was a bit noisy during the night, even at lower fan speeds).

Perfect for us, just needed a room to sleep in as we were passing through the area. Spotlessly clean, great bed & excellent shower. Really liked the self check in & check out. Large continental breakfast delivered to our door early in the morning.

This is an automated hotel without reception. You check in digitally and have a card to get to your room. Rooms and building in general are surprisingly well done - everything is new, clean and of good quality. It is perfect for solo traveler.

The toilet and bathroom section have no door. Toilet itself has a glass door and is not sealed. This is ok for one-person traveler, but a couple can feel discomfort.

-quite a small breakfast - I could not heat the room a bit (the AC before my arrival made the room cold - 21°C and I could not get the room to requested 23°C during the stay

Perfect for a night stay when you're on the go. Only thing that is 'weird' there is no reception or whatever, we knew that, but it's still weird. Or maybe getting used to, the checkin-process was smooth, the room was clean and ready, beds we're nice.

There is no mini-bar/fridge, that would be handy.

Modern, self-check-in hotel. I personally liked that I was not monitored by the reception every time I came and go, since there was no reception.:) Very good soundproofing in the rooms, very modern, nice design. Nespresso Machine with coffee and tee. There is a vending machine with soft drinks, chocolate, beer on the 1st floor. Parking is easy. Restaurant, Supermarket, Bakery is in walking distance. Pet friendly, no extra charge for pets which is awesome!

I liked everything.

The hotel is completely new and the rooms are perfect. One feels really comfortable in them. The shelf Check In is easy to use and you'll find both a backery and a supermarket nearby.

The bathroom is an open space in the room, with the toilet separated only by stained glass which doesn't provide enough privacy.
