I like the contactless check in, but at the last step (after I paid and before getting my key card) there was an error message. I tried clicking both options, but nothing happened. I called customer service and received a lecture (no help) about early check in (I didn't know what time it was). Luckily a person who works for the hotel saw my distress and took over the conversation with customer service. She got me checked in (I was early) and made sure I could get in my room. She (I think maybe her name was Claudia?) was amazing. She could have left me there. I didn't know she worked for the hotel. She didn't. She is a kind, compassionate, caring person and they are lucky to have her on staff.

Customer Service needs to focus on helping solve problems. I know now I was early, but that is no excuse for the attitude of the representative. This was an issue with their software, not with my arrival time. The representative didn't have time to hear the problem and was instead focused on her lecture.

This is an automated hotel without reception. You check in digitally and have a card to get to your room. Rooms and building in general are surprisingly well done - everything is new, clean and of good quality. It is perfect for solo traveler.

The toilet and bathroom section have no door. Toilet itself has a glass door and is not sealed. This is ok for one-person traveler, but a couple can feel discomfort.

The self check-in possibility, even late at night. The rooms were clean and well furnished, the beds comfortable, the room silent during the night, despite the hotel being located near a train station with trains passing several times per hour.

The way the air conditioning was controlled and functioned (it took more half an hour to go from 25° to 21° and was a bit noisy during the night, even at lower fan speeds).

Perfect for a night stay when you're on the go. Only thing that is 'weird' there is no reception or whatever, we knew that, but it's still weird. Or maybe getting used to, the checkin-process was smooth, the room was clean and ready, beds we're nice.

There is no mini-bar/fridge, that would be handy.

conveniently placed, automatic contactless check in. modern nice, clean room. nespresso coffee/tea is a very nice touch

breakfast is expensive, though it was delivered to the doorstep. probably better option would be to use the provided discount in a bakery nearby

Modern, self-check-in hotel. I personally liked that I was not monitored by the reception every time I came and go, since there was no reception.:) Very good soundproofing in the rooms, very modern, nice design. Nespresso Machine with coffee and tee. There is a vending machine with soft drinks, chocolate, beer on the 1st floor. Parking is easy. Restaurant, Supermarket, Bakery is in walking distance. Pet friendly, no extra charge for pets which is awesome!

I liked everything.

When I check-in, the automatic system needs to input the credit card PIN. My credit card never uses a PIN, and there is no PIN, so I encountered a lot of trouble and wasted a lot of time checking in. I think this automated system needs improvement.

clean and weil equipped

checkin needs to be done via a machine that was not working when we arrived. called the service number and the person answering was very impatient and annoyed by our request for help. it took ages to fix the problem and complete the checkin. due to the bug the rooms where not allocated to the correct names, which is a problem when on duty trip (invoice, etc). furthermore due to the system down no breakfast was served to us although we had booked it.

My second time here. For myself, the location is ideal. Check in easy and straight forward. For myself, I had to depart at 03:00 so easier than many hotels. Facilities in room very good.

On enquiring where to get breakfast I was told via email it was clearly sign posted and straight opposite the entrance to hotel. After walking around and not able to find breakfast place I went back to the room to find that they deliver breakfast to your door.
