Staff are lovely,very helpful. It is in a great location, amazing view over Linzer Mariendom, it was right in front of my 4th floor room. Room was a very good size & comfortable bed. Great to have a coffee machine in the room.

No iron, ironing boarding or kettle in the room. Need to walk down to reception to ask for them (as no phone to call down). They couldn't find iron but brought it to the room later, but no ironing board. Could not locate any kettles, for 100+ room 4 star hotel, they have 10 kettles to be shared. Also no wine glasses or milk in room, 2 coffee pods & 1 tea bag. Very poor amenities for a hotel of this rating.

Stylish, super comfy, lovely staff, spacious room, mini fridge really handy, loved the desk and the bench design, soundproof, air con/hearing option brilliant, fantastic location

We would prefer if the shower gel/hand soap is in a pump container rather than squeezy bottle (unhygienic and not good for people with mobility issues like arthritis), shower sealant had mould, hand towel rack too low, hairdryer overheating too quickly, stains on carpet, other guests sitting on the steps in front of the entrance was a continuous nuisance - maybe the staff could put up a sign advising not to sit there and maybe provide a bench or chairs to prevent this happening or create a smoking area away from the entrance.

The Location was great! Quite central to most areas and a 5 minute walk to the Bim (Tram) The room was clean and modern and has a large shower. Bedding and pillows are very comfy for a good nights sleep. Fridge in the room, so you can store some shopping items, which we used for our breakfast meals. The facilities around the reception area was also nice and cosy. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. Cafés and restaurants, all within a few minutes walk.

The tall solid window in the room which can't be opened. However the room has air conditioning which works fine. Room on the small side so nowhere to lay your cases out for unpacking, just on the bed. The shower has no trays if you want to bring your own washing products, but it does have a fixed 2 in 1 body wash attached to the walls In the sink and shower areas. 16 euros each for breakfast each day.

We didn’t have any breakfast but noticed quite a few of the guests were enjoying it. All staff were very helpful and also having the hotel next door to a secure car park was a bonus. And the Glorious Bastards restaurant in the next door mall was excellent… Nicely placed for a short walk into the city centre…

I would have loved the option of a kettle in the bedroom and mugs not just a pod coffee machine and small cups. There was no bathroom accessories - at least a bath cap would have been handy…these are just small niggles…

Good central location in the city. Easily accessible by car (you can enter the hotel right from the underground garage). Well equipped room, which also looked good. Friendly staff, nice / clean / modern building.

Ventilation system in the room could blow cold air right on my ear when sleeping - uncomfortable and unhealthy (this was appening even if AC was off). Before my stay, I repeatedly got annoying messages convincing me to do online checkin, which I didn't want. The messages were in German language only and didn't display well on smartphone.

The place is spanking new, clean and stylish, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was super-comfortable and the breakfast in the typical plentiful Austrian style. An underground car park is literally across the entrance and accessible from within the hotel, even if it isn't particularly cheap.

The single gripe I have is the combination of non-opening windows and an A/C that was not just clearly audible, but also inefficient, together making the otherwise very comfortable room stuffy. I arrived late and it was December, so didn't want to go through any attempts to correct that, but in summer temperatures some remedy would probably be unavoidable.

The hotel has an excellent location – it’s easy to reach the city center and explore the charming nearby streets. I appreciated the friendly staff and the tasty breakfast. Parking is conveniently available right next to the hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, so you should expect to pay around €25 per day for nearby parking. There is no discount available, which is a downside. Another negative aspect was that the windows cannot be opened – the room relies solely on air ventilation through the HVAC system.

Room was very spacious (I think we got wheelchair accessible) and nicely eqiupped. Location is near the center and convenient. We parked in enclosed underground parking garage. It 25 EUR but convenient.

The check-in staff wasn't exactly pleasant, felt like I'm bothering them. Just threw a paper form my way and went on. Bathroom had some difficulties in our room. I think it's related to this concrete room as it has wheelchair accessible shower. After shower the water got everywhere as it was leaking below the shower door.

A very smart hotel in a central location - beds were really comfortable. Car parking is in the public car park right next to the hotel, convenient with access direct into reception from the lift, if quite expensive. There were no bottles of water in the rooms, but we found there were refillable jugs near reception that could be taken to your room.

Towels were not of the same quality as the furnishings rest of the room. No info about car park with booking or on website. The shower gel was empty.

We really liked the central location of the hotel, yet in a quiet little street. It was a 5 minute walk to the main square, tram stop 2 minutes away, great for public transport. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the huge, comfortable bed in the room. The air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection to choose from in the morning. We loved the special jams. The refreshing lemon-mint water and apples at the reception was a great idea, and the water vending machine was great, we could bring cold water and sparkling water to the room in the bottle provided.

We arrived on a holiday, the hotel was full, the next morning at breakfast the room was small, hard to fit.
