The booking customer service was excellent and so helpful. A pleasant smile greeted me when I arrived from the long flight from the USA. My room was very clean, quiet and nice. The amenities were also very good in the room.

The room was quite warm due to the climate controlled facility. Since the outside temp was below the threshold of the climate system, air conditioning was not possible. The window didn't allow for alot of air in. This is fairly mis leading when booking. The description includes air conditioning but omitted the detail that it doesn't turn on if the outside temperature is a certain range.

Everything in the hotel was great! The staff members were really friendly and well-mannered. Breakfast was a dream, and the whole hotel (rooms included) is beautifully designed and decorated. The hotel is perfect for a quiet getaway if you intend to just relax and lounge about in the wonderful internal garden or pick up a good book in the superbly designed and ultra comfortable library. A pool table is also available for guests at no charge next to the front lobby. For those who want to get some exercise, there's also a well equipped gym and sauna.

Wels is a cute town, but a little boring for family holidays with kids. There's a public garage under the hotel, which is not too expensive but quite busy. On the plus side, it's quite conveniently accessible by lift, which will take you right up to your floor (with a keycard).

Breakfast was incredible! The glass showers were also very nice. Location is basically the city center so it’s pretty comfortable. Plenty of elevators to accommodate. Hotel looks good.

The price on booking is way more expensive - Book on their website!!!! The waiting time at check in.. it was quite slow - there was a line of 20 people and only 1 receptionist. Also some goodies in the room weren’t restocked - such as coffee creamers,sugar and the accessories kit was almost empty. Can’t open window.

Book this hotel! It's just great. Perfect location right in the middle of the city, parking just outside. Awesome rooms with modern and interesting interior design. Top quality beds and room equipment. The gym is also great and spacious with a cool sauna area. The hotel lounge is really cool and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. We travelled two adults and three kids and really loved our one night stay here. The city of Wels is also really cosy and relaxing. We found a nice little italian pizza place and a very popular local ice cream parlor just near the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and wish we had more than one night here.

We really don't have any negatives, everything met or exceeded our expectations.

It was ideally located, clean, modern with comfortable bed.

Only 1 coffee pod and tea provided in the room and this isn’t replenished regardless of number of nights. It isn’t a cheap hotel, so the least they can do is replenish tea and coffee supplies daily. I travel frequently and stay in numerous hotels but never seen one who didn’t replenish supplies with daily room service. Just found it mean

Perfect location, very nice fitness room, good breakfast, very good mattress, very clean!

In some rooms the bathroom door or even the walls of the bathroom are made of glass. This may be a bit strange and does not allow for a lot of privacy, but this is very individual.

Very comfortable and amazing location. I would like to thank Mr.Ploberger (son) for taking to the train station so that I don’t have to wait for 25 minutes until my taxi arrives.

There’s only a bit uncomfortable experience during check in. Although I’m always handy in finding my way to my room whenever receptionists aren’t trained well to give you all the info that you needed. It happened again in Hotel Ploberger. Just got my heavy bags and have my way to my room.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Wels. Close to several great restaurants within walking distance. Excellent parking with elevator directly into the hotel lobby and room floors.

PArking costs a little too high.

I live in Wels myself and therefore I didn't expect that the hotel in the middle of the city center would exceed my expectations. The ladies at reception are very friendly and the breakfast also offers a lot of choice. The hotel room is large with its own safe, refrigerator and its own small seating area.
