We loved everything. The hotel is absolutely amazing, clean , rooms are big , bed comfortable, we had a dog with us as well. Everything was just perfect. Staff really nice, breakfast delicious

We didn't like as we slept there twice. Both times booked on Booking.com Once they did not charge for puppy( also there is no section to add puppy) The second time after 2 weeks time they added puppy at the hotel reception and was a bit confusing

Most of the staff are polite. Our receptionist (Lena) was amazingly helpful and friendly, a role model for all hotel employees. The room is clean and sufficiently spacious. It is a particular pleasure that there are two armchairs in a double room!!! (That's how it should be everywhere!) The blinds are very good at reducing both disturbing sunlight and outside noise. There is ample parking available.

The property was really nice! We’ve been told that the hotel was only 3 months old so everything was looking new, clean and maintained. The staff was really nice and friendly, especially the women in the breakfast. We were always going for breakfast quite late and before putting everything back they were asking us if there is anything else we would like to eat. They were also happy to make us something fresh if we wanted. The people in the reception were happy to help us with everything, they even gave to my partner a key from a different reception room because he wanted to practise on his musical instrument. Parking was free outside the hotel, so that was convenient too. The cleaners were also trying to accommodate our needs.

The main thing that I didn’t like were the beddings. Even though the bed was made of a really good quality undoubtedly, the begging were all made of synthetic material and we were both sweating as hell during the night. I assume they used synthetic beddings to try and prevent the mattresses and pillows but we had really bad sleeps. We were sweating as being sick. I appreciate it’s a new hotel and they still try to see what works out and what not, but this is a very important thing they need to change first because having a good sleep is the key priority. Obv the location is in an industrial area which means that nothing is around the hotel in walking distance. The safe was not working yet

The Front Desk staff was so helpful and friendly. Especially Selena (night duty Front Desk) who went beyond necessary. On our first night, the taxi driver would not accept a credit card payment, Selena helped us out of our situation with her personal funds since we had not yet had a chance to go to an ATM. She is to be commended :-).

Great hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable — perfect for a good night's sleep. I really appreciated the 24-hour reception, which made check-in and any questions super convenient. The breakfast was also excellent, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options. Highly recommend!

I liked all the time spent in the hotel. The bed, the hotel itself was very nice. It is our 3rd time coming to this hotel this year and we will come back at the beginning of August. Breakfast really nice.

There is nothing i didn't like. We arrived very late at night and the staff i am sure was tired as well. But all was good

Hotel is new and nicely furnished. Everything was clean. They try to make all processes faster and easier for the guests by online options for chrck in or check out. Breakfast had everything you might want and need. The location was a bit strange, since it is situated in an industrial zone but it actually works, it is easily accessible and offers enough parking. All in all a great stay, just outside Vienna.

We did in fact ordered a room with a sofa, but apparently the rooms with just chairs are as big as the ones with the sofa so we weren’t bother to exchanged it, but for the future it would be nicer if we would get a room that we ordered in the first place

The place is very homely and comfortable. Breakfast is the best they offer a variety , the arrangement is fantastic, my daughter loved it very much.

The place is very far away from the city center but if you have a car it’s probably the best place to stay.

We loved the location, room; cleanliness,staff very kind and friendly, breakfast was amazing, We are travelling a couple of times a year and we stop in Austria often. This hotel is the best so far. We had a dog with us as well and hotel is pet friendly. We will go back in 2 weeks time
