The hotel is brand new and very reasonably priced. The room has everything necessary. The breakfast was really tasty, with a variety of options to choose from. But the star of this hotel is its people. I was unfortunate enough to fall and injure my foot, and the hotel manager organized for me to be taken to the hospital, where they took care of me. I want to specially thank the employee Jeyhun, as he accompanied me to the hospital and spent there 4 hours at night, waiting for the doctor to arrive, translating, helping me to walk and even cheering me up with jokes! :) He also organized breakfast delivery to my room, late check out and went to the pharmacy for me. Without the help of the hotel staff, and especially Jeyhun, I couldn't have made it back home. Thank you so so much! I will recommend your hotel to everyone.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would gladly give it five stars! The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, which really made me feel comfortable and at ease during my entire visit. The food served at the hotel was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Each meal was fresh, flavorful, and presented beautifully. The dining experience truly added to the enjoyment of my stay. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine hospitality. Every employee I encountered was not only professional but also incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. As for the rooms, they were cozy and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor. Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, whether for business or leisure. Overall it's a pretty decent Hotel. It's a 10 minute walk from the Nariman Narimanov metro station. It has a small GYM where you can do chest, back and arm workouts. There is also a 24/7 GYM not far from the Hotel. A small shop right next to the Hotel and a great restaurant just a minute away called Bashkent Restoran Nerimanov. The room was spacious enough and clean. The room consists of a mini bar, safe and two 500ml water bottles that get refilled everyday. Also toiletiries are provided like toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel and hand soap. Breakfast was plenty with options. Meat, cheese, brea yoghurt you name it, it's there. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. If you have any quesions feel free to speak to the at the 24/7 reception.

Noise was a big issue. Unfortunately some cars will blast music even at 2-3 AM. There is also a nightclub opposite of the Hotel which can be noisy on the weekends. The cleaners will move your stuff around so, beware. When I opened the door and half of my stuff was gone I was a bit surprised to say the least. It turned out the cleaners put my stuff in the drawers.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the accommodation was clean and nice, the use of the gym was included in the price, the breakfast was great. Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel, I would like to visit again, I was happy with this choice.

As far as dinner was concerned, the soup was excellent in any case, but I found the main course poor at times. Although the staff are really helpful and nice, not all of them speak English, which I found a bit strange in hospitality. In the area you have to watch out for scammers who prey on tourists and are difficult to turn away, but that is not the fault of the accommodation, unfortunately that is the area.

Our stay was wonderfully pleasant, accompanied by the hospitality of hotel owner and staff who tried to accommodate every wish, we truly felt like we were guests, not clients. That was so kind, and we were and are still very grateful. The breakfast option variety was vast, but if something particular was necessary, it was arranged for the next day. We were assisted with buying and installing the local number so it was easier to get around. The hotel is located outside of the main centre but it guarantees a quiet night rest, while it is still easily accessible with taxi and metro station is located roughly 20-minutes walk away. Guaranteed price-quality!

Everything!! it was our second stay here. the hotel is brand new and the rooms are really clean, with good mattresses and with a lot of comfort details. breakfast was also very good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. if we come back to Baku we’ll definitely come back here again!!

The hotel with bad and breakfast turned out to be a pleasant surprise for our stay. First of all, the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were ready to help us with any questions or requests and were always available. They also offered us a number of recommendations for local attractions and restaurants which was very helpful. We also appreciated the air conditioning and delicious breakfast. Moreover, the location of the hotel was very convenient. We had easy access to the main attractions and shops, which saved us time and money on transport. We recommend this hotel for those looking for an affordable and cozy place to stay.

The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed, but the linen was not always in good condition. The floor was also dusty, although they cleaned it every day, but maybe they didn’t vacuum the floor in the room. The bathroom was always clean.
