Fabulous very clean and comfortable stay at this great location. Room was large with a very comfortable bed, great a/c and wifi, a desk, chair, easy chair and a HUGE well equipped bathroom with great towels and toiletries and an excellent shower. There's a lovely terrace at the top with a great view of the city walls and the Flame Towers. Breakfast is a choice of 4 different platters which should satisfy anyone and the fresh brewed coffee was good. But best of all were the fabulous staff from the guys at the front desk who could not have been more helpful, to the great cleaners, to the wonderful lady cooking everyone's breakfast freshly. Frankly, I don't know how she did it but everyone was served promptly. So a huge shout out to everyone involved for making a very special stay for me. I will definitely return here.

No complaints although some chairs on the terrace would have been a bonus.

Nothing in particular

The location is impressive. It is in the heart of the Old City, so it just like breathes with a history. All famous places are easy reachable from this point, so you can get to most of them by foot. The hotel has tasty breakfasts and nice staff that will help you with everything you need.

I don’t recommend use laundry services there. The first time I left my hoodie for laundry, they returned it back with the same stain, so laundry wasn’t really quality. But it doesn’t relate with the hotel itself, cause it is kinda external service company. But the guys from reception helped me to send the hoodie to the dry one more time for free and then I finally got my hoodie without the stain.

Great location of the hotel with super helpful, hospitable and kind stuff, nutritious and delicious breakfast. The receptionist was always eager to help. Definitely worth to make a stopover at this hotel if you want to discover the city and spent couple nights in Baku. We also used the transfer from the airport service which was the best decision ( reasonable price, the driver met us right at the arrival, helped with luggage, showed and told a bit about the city)

Small cozy hotel located in old city, view from windows to Flame Towers. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is cooked specially for you (not precooked), so it is fresh and tasty. I have got upgrade to Superrior room free of charge. There is no lift, but staff will be glad to bring your suitcases to your room.

Great cozy cleany hotel. Heart of Old city location. Great view on a terrace with a cup of hot azerbaijanian tea. Warm room, fast hot water.

Vadim was the best person I have dealt with, he is very respectful, friendly, nice and calm. I stayed in the hotel for one night before and it was a comfortable night, so I decided to repeat the experience in the same hotel before leaving Azerbaijan because of the good treatment and professionalism of the employees. Vadim was able to answer all my questions and always providing help and was nice. The breakfast is very, very, very delicious. I suggest this hotel to everyone who will visit Baku even for one night. The hotel is close to many tourist places.
