Fantastic location- within a few minutes to old city, promenade walks along Caspian and a nearby mall if you need self catering provisions. Apartment was a very well located crash pad for a city break.

Bathroom did have an odour. Owner requested cash payment for stay on arrival, rather than taking the payment by card transfer on Booking. Felt a bit dubious tbh, but had not choice!

Central location , walking distance to the old town and promenade. And extremely accommodating and friendly host.

The location, Cleanliness, ease of access to other important points, free parking, many spots were at a walking distance. Importantly the host Cabir was an amazing hospitality.

There’s nothing I can remember for now

the location is excellent. it’s near the old city (just around 200 meter) and near to the beach (just around 150 meter). the owner of the property is very kind and helpful. his behavior is excellent and that will push me to visit Baku again.

the property is not that much of clean. we expect more than clean as we see. Also, there is no trash basket in the rooms. the furniture is old and need to change especially the bed.

For me, it would need proper window blinds and daylight blackout. There were plenty of covers and bedsheets, but don't know what's clean or what's used.

Liked the location. Near everything around center: Old City, seaside (Baku Boulevard) and other sights are within walking distance. Apartment is cozy and well equipped. Overall great experience!

i love to stay here because its near to malls, and the place is clean and the owner is excellent. i will come again and will introduce my friends to stay.
