The Four Seasons Baku delivered an absolutely outstanding experience during our recent stay. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel not just welcome, but genuinely cherished. They were incredibly attentive and efficient, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was seamless and supremely comfortable. From the luxurious accommodations to the fantastic dinner service, it was clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. We truly felt well looked after from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend for anyone visiting Baku who desires a top-tier hotel experience. What I liked: The exceptional attention to detail, the warm and professional staff, the beautiful and comfortable facilities, the delicious food, the overall sense of ease and relaxation.

What I didn't like: "Everything was perfect."

I had an incredible stay at Four Seasons Baku. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The spa and massage experience were truly relaxing, with top-tier facilities and professional staff ensuring ultimate comfort. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day perfectly. One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was seeing the General Manager himself walking around early in the morning, personally checking on everything. It shows the high level of care and attention to detail this hotel maintains. Overall, a fantastic experience—luxury, comfort, and impeccable service all in one. Highly recommended!

couldn’t find a single flaw

The best hotel in Baku! Gives city guests a great vacation - super rooms, views of the old city, excellent proximity to restaurants, pedestrian street, the most iconic places of Baku. The room was large and bright, the bed was very comfortable with a large set of pillows, water, tea, coffee and a plate of fruit were always in the room. The view from the room was magnificent: the old city and the Flame Towers. All the customer service staff and its manager ensured that we had a comfortable stay at the hotel. I highly recommend that visitors to the city stay at this hotel, which will make your trip to Azerbaijan unforgettable.

Excellent location together with an amazing service. The hotel is gorgeous. From the first minute to the last hour of your staying you would feel that you are special one. Nice SPA. Wide selection of tea is available for more relaxed time in hamam, sauna or hot jacuzzi. Big indoor pool with jacuzzi and panoramic ceiling. Very good breakfast (expensive but worth it). If possible book your room with Old city of Baku view. It’s stunning. Staff is doing their best to make you feel comfortable and happy.

Even if you face any difficulties the Hotel team will solve it. Just enjoy your staying:)

+This is the best location to visit most of the attractions in Old City. Everything is 10-15 minute walk (except Hyder Aliyev Culture Center, which IMHO is the standout attraction in Baku ) + property has beautiful interiors, very charming classical themes . Grand lobby, magnificent pool + hot tub + process for customer interaction are strong. The hotel checked about the purpose of our stay via what’s app and then decorated the room tastefully to help us celebrate the occasion. + old city view is fantastic, we had a balcony that enabled us to soak in the beautiful night scape. Especially, graphics on the flame towers

- Dinner at the Italian restaurant zeffrano was disappointing. Not at all in league of other dinning options in Baku. Not value for money - maintenance in SPA area is not keeping up. Steam room door was grinding on the floor and hard to open. The inner door of the sauna was rusted. Biggest bummer is that spa is segregated as male female. Where as Ritz Carlton does Family and Adults segregation. IMHO, the latter works best for modern times. - Concierge was diligent but not delightful. We need suggestions not just answers. Provide alternatives, for activities when possible.

The hotel is in an excellent location opposite the sea front and behind the hotel is the Old City. The facilities are as you would expect from a 5-Star hotel, but it was the genuinely friendly, helpful and outstanding staff that made such a difference to other comparable establishments. I can not praise them enough. A bonus was also the well-stocked cigar bar "Bentley's", with the best cigar selection in Baku. I am well-traveled, however, in terms of service, this was the best hotel experience I ever had and I look forward staying in the Four Season in Baku again.

Very good location, I had a sea view room on top floor - was an amazing view ! For me very important- pet friendly hotels, Baku Four Seasons one of the most friendly , prepared and organised hotels I saw for traveling with a dog , bravo for this service that you provide ( bed, food, plates, diapers , plus the bed was pink because hotel asked in advance gender of the dog ). Also general manager Bob was super friendly! Concierge booked us everything in advance , and made all reservations - 10 out of 10 service! Thank you

I was badly surprised with room service ( housekeeping) I’m sorry but you need to request every thing - soap , toothpaste, toothbrushes, and I’m pretty sorry but you need to request toilet brush. All cosmetics in bathroom from different brands, in shower one brand , on sink another, the body cream third . Well not really Four seasons chain level. I would definitely change house keeping manager because it’s a mess there .

Four seasons it’s my home when I come to Baku. I want to say that it’s the best hotel and best people in the world working there. They are so polite, professional, helpful and kind and me and my kids always choose this hotel as of great people, the best location , it’s very clean, amazing services and tasty food. Thank you for bringing number 1 in the world !☺️🫶🏻👍👌

The staff are amazing and they offered us complementary drink because rooms were not ready when we arrived. They also offered us great compensation including free lunch due to some inconvenience of a trip booked by the hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. the swimming pool is great and very clean. the facilities in general are amazing. The hotel manager was very helpful and understanding. Location is perfect.

One of the many best things about the property was its proximity to all major attractions of the city And the flame tower view from our balcony was exceptional The breakfast was amazing And ofcourse the pool was cherry on top
