I liked the location, the staff was amazing and very secretary, my wife phone lost and the cleaner found it … I appreciate her so much and hope her good life . I will come back again to the same hotel and she one of the important reason

It was my first time in Azerbaijan, and the hotel was very comfortable. Rooms are clean confortable and well heated during the winter. All the Staff are polite and helpful. Right from the concierge Farhad, the front desk Saleh and Cisek who guided me to places that I was interested in seeing. I took private tour from the hotel to go to Yanardagh - the fire mountain. Housekeeping too is very polite. The location is perfect as the old city is just steps away, Baku boulevard is in front and Nizami about 10 mns walk. Everything is in walking distance. The roof top restaurant has an amazing view of the boulevard and the caspian sea and serves some really nice soups. I highly recomend the hotel and will definitely go back.

Promenade Hotel exceeded our expectations! It has the perfect location at the entrance of the Old City, but in the boulevard, easy to access by taxi. The Room was renovated, large, very nice and elegant, great bathroom, and above all very quiet, since it was located in the backyard without the noise of the traffic in the boulevard. Breakfast with lots of options and all tasty. Area nice and lots of natural light. The rooftop restaurant, besides the astounding views of Caspian Sea and the bay, had a great food and service. Prices (accommodation and meals) very good for the quality of the service. But most important factor the attentiveness of the staff, their availability to help and suggest (and all suggestions were great). For an initial two night stay we end up in a four night stay with the promise to return next year in Nowruz season. A last word to Elchin, recepcionit and member of the staff, fluent in English, welcoming and responsive to our queries and most helpful, making of our stay in Baku an unforgettable one .

The breakfast was good and the location was exceptionally good. All the attractions were just next to the property

The tour organized by the property could have been more imaginative- for example they can provide with a guide who can speak English and charge extra for it. We took a tour in the property's car but the driver hardly knew any English and it was just a drive- which turned out to be interesting- from Baku to Samaxi- the drive offers stunning landscape and a well laid highway.

We were pleased with the hotel until our checkout. Once, the cleaning lady forgot to throw away the garbage and to leave a feet towel. The breakfast was average, and the bed was too hard for my taste. Otherwise, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean, and we loved the location of the hotel.

In the evening before our checkout, we asked for a private transfer to the airport and breakfast box due to our very early departure, and the receptionist said everything was organized. Coming to the reception at 3.50 a.m., as scheduled, we noticed that nobody had organized the transfer, which was already paid and costing double than a normal taxi. After a 20-minute wait, an old, small, and smelly taxi came, just to wait more for the driver and the receptionist to talk, I guess about the price and how they will pay him. No one offered any apology or explanation, and we never received the breakfast box. That was definitely not a 5-star service, and it caused us unnecessary stress before our flight.

excellent location, close to the old city and most attractions. On the major avenue by the sea (may be noisy if the room is a sea view). Breakfast is adequate and of good quality, nothing extravagant but pleasant. Clean and comfortable. We may have been upgraded to a suite so we enjoyed a spacious two room apartment with a large balcony. Very friendly and helpful personnel, some were not very good in English but this was not a real problem.

Could get noisy if you have area view room and it's Friday eve

I had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location in the heart of the Old City was perfect, offering easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The highlight of this hotel is its location. Walkable distance to Nasimi Street. 2 night stay was value for money.

Breakfast is not up to the 5-star level. No view from balcony.
