The hotel is in a perfect location to move for work but also for tourism to see the city. It requires a few minutes walk to go to the seaside and the main attractions. Location is inside the old city with a lot of sightseeing and facilities as good restaurants, shops etc. Even the metro station is two minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is perfectly managed and the staff is friendly and very professional. They try to make you comfortable and to offer their help for any need. In other words they are very professional. For sure will come back again in this hotel.

Cannot figure something I did not like.

The location was perfect in the Old Town - ideal for exploring all that Baku had to offer. The breakfasts were lovely as were the dinners the few times we ate in the restaurant. The staff were very polite, courteous and helpful, particularly the girls on the reception and the waiters. We loved it here!

We were a bit disappointed that the health spa wasn’t open, and the garden was a bit scruffy and could have done with a tidy up. It was a shame as it would have been nice to sit out there but both places looked like a building site!

An amazing hotel just right in the old city, walking distance to all main sights in the old city and also Nizami Street, the main commercial street, Baku waterfront boulevard and next to the metro station in case you need to use it. Also the rooftop restaurant has an amazing view on the Flame Towers. Plus, the staff were super friendly and nice. Definitely your best bet to stay in Baku.

Nothing, everything was amazing

It's a very nice hotel in the old part of the city in Baku. It has a nice small gym and a nice small spa with 2 saunas. Everything you need on your business trip to work out and relax. The staff was nice, breaky OK and the hotel has a nice restaurant on the top.

The taxi can't enter that part of the old city, but it's not a big deal as it can pick up you up / drop about 5 min walk from the hotel.

So many excellent things: the staff, especially Yulia, Yusuf and Emir were excellent, very helpful, English speaking and responsive. We left at 3.30am for an early return flight the staff organised a packed breakfast for us! The rooms were an excellent size; good breakfast variety; restaurant staff were very good, the views from the restaurant over the Flame Towers and from the third floor very relaxing balcony garden were simply outstanding. The hamam and sauna are free for guests, just book it in advance. Bottles of water are provided daily and more available on request. The location is excellent, the decor is beautiful. We had a very comfortable stay.

The location is a bit of an uphill cobbled walk from Fountain Square, ok for young people but hard work a few times a day for older people. If getting a taxi order it from the Içerişehir metro station which is nearer to the hotel. Don't tug the bedroom curtains as they came off the hooks quite a few times. The breakfast plates were all chipped but replaced immediately the next day after we raised this. The breakfast area floor could do with a good clean.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful Old Town! Super friendly staff, great large rooms, very clean. Amazing roof top terrace with restaurant that serves breakfast , lunch and dinner. Food is amazing and the view stunning. They have s great business work area as well. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

They do not serve alcohol but its no problem because they let you bring your own.

I loved that the bed was really comfortable and the shower/room setup was truly nice.

I was confused with why this hotel is officially a 3-star hotel, while is indicated as a 5-star hotel here on Booking. I wish they could fix that to be fair with people who book it in the future

Location is super good. The room was good. The restaurant and the atmosphere was nice. The staff was really helpful they did a good job. Breakfast is a regular hotel breakfast but that is probably the last thing you can complain as the whole city has amazing food.

the kitchen should be more equipped; only hotel taxi can go all the way to the hotel, others drop off in front of the walls of the old town

Location of the Hotel suited us. Easy to get to all of the Museums, shopping, promenade etc. All of the Staff were very good. Communication was excellent. The weather was cold during our visit but the heating in the room works very well.

There was no view from our room window but I expected this after reading other reviews. The bed, although large in size was firm and the duvet was too small.
