Everything was perfect. Cooperative staff Clean hotel It's worth every penny

we had a vacation in Wyndham garden one week. we liked everything about hotel except cleaning. we didn't know that cleaning is done only upon request,but the garbage was taken away daily. what i liked about hotel is stuff, they are very friendly and supportive, every our issues were solved very quickly. The last day front office manager Vugar or Şükür (i dont remember) offered us a free breakfast, and let us to check out at 15:00 which was very comfortable for us. Also food and beverage stuff Muraz and Mustafa made sure that everything is okay. I really appreciate your help guys. Once I'm in Baku I will come back

The Wyndham Garden Baku offered a very comfortable and relaxing experience, with modern, spacious and clean rooms, an excellent spa and fitness center, and a large indoor pool, making it easy to unwind after a day out. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, delivering great service throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the varied and quality breakfast, as well as the peaceful atmosphere, which provided a nice escape from the city’s busier areas. I would also like to mention several individuals who made my stay even more special and memorable: the Front Office Supervisor (I can’t remember his name) was always attentive and helpful; Muraz, who each day came over for a chat, showed genuine interest in my plans, and offered recommendations; Parvin, who each morning at breakfast checked in on me, asked if I’d like anything to drink, and always wished me well for the day ahead; and the housekeeping lady (though I didn’t get her name), who was always friendly and made sure I had everything I needed, even when I didn’t request housekeeping.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout the stay. WIFI was excellent The on-site amenities were a definite plus — the availability of a restaurant, a well-rounded breakfast selection, a relaxing spa, gym, and convenient parking all contributed to a more enjoyable experience. The location is in proximity to the airport as well as various shops and restaurants, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

Overall, the staff was decent, though they could have been more helpful and friendly. The pool was not suitable for leisure use, as it was primarily intended for professional exercise and swimmers. In fact, a trainer was present to strictly enforce usage rules and regulations. Housekeeping was done rather late in the day, typically around 4:30 PM. The location is close to a busy highway, with no shops or restaurants within walking distance. A car or taxi is necessary to get around.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The property itself was impressive, with well-maintained facilities and a great ambiance. The staff members were excellent, providing top-notch service and always going the extra mile to assist guests. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the hotel; it was spotless in every aspect. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Room Size a bit small

Staff is exceptional, they did their best to make our stay pleasant. Hotel quality is excellent too. Hotel staff gifted cake and latte to my wife’s birthday :) Special thanks to Muraz, Valeh, Bayram.

There are 3 main issues I would highlight, that prevented me from giving 10 points: 1. I think location isn’t the best one. It is far away from historical center and popular tourist locations. During working days, if you don’t pick up the right time, you’ll have to spend some time in traffic jam (during rush hours). 2. I would recommend considering doing separate pool / sauna for men and women. IMHO, more and more tourists are traveling from muslim countries (with growing population), so such demand will persist in the future. 3. Issue with fridge in our room wasn’t fixed. I guess since it is locked in wooden furniture, fridge cannot effectively dissipate heat, thus not functioning properly. Maybe it was the case only for our room?

The hotel has all the amenities, but it was the staff that we were the most impressed with. All of the staff is very courteous and helps with a smile. Most of them knew English, which made our trip easier. We were especially pleased with the help provided by Mr. Shamsi at the reception. We had just gone to him casually to get an idea about the museums and yacht clubs. But to our surprise, he promptly called all the places of our interest to check if they were open for us to visit. 10 on 10 for service.

I had had some quite unpleasant adventures with a couple of hotels in downtown Baku before trying the Wyndham, so my choice of the Wyndham was the last-munite one and driven only by their rates. That said, I was literally blown away by the hotel, its team and their services! A long-standing globetrotter, I fully appreciated their caretaking: from their decision not to cancel my reservation made with a debit card (I do not have a cc), to superearly and superfast checkin and checkout, to fabulous support due to my strict diet, to their genuine cordiality and willingness to help me (and the situation was truly dramatic as the whole city got stuck in 1 big traffic jam, so their advice was more than timely and very adequate, and I managed to catch my flight). Their rooms, though facing a pretty industrial landscape, are super clean and comfy, and boast any possible amenity; their fitness center is just exemplary and well equipped. In short, a fabulous property, and I was superhappy - after my initial tribulations and dealing with ratholes in the downtown Baku which someone, by mistake or because of Alzheimer, labelled as hotels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying overnight between the flghts. Once there, experience unique warmth and generosity of the reception tem- Ms.Jeyhun and Mr . Nazim; and try the hotel's savory breakfast served by Messrs. Murza and Valeh, two young waiters, and the Chef.

The only drawback is location- but that is the price to pay for staying in transit

I want to highlight such a wonderful experience that I had in Wyndham Garden it was unforgettable from A to Z the reception crow with Shukur lead they were welcoming us with smiles and always supporting us, and we had a pretty amazing relaxed time in the Spa with a lead of Elshad ( Alshammari ), also the restaurant crow they were making a lot of delicious dishes that makes any one having a nicely time there, and housekeeping crow in general we had a lovely staying for 10 days in Wyndham Garden THANKS FOR YOU ALL.
