We stayed one night in room 407, a comfort room with balcony with side view. The hotel is located between a main street (not a highway) and a railway, from which you have no noise nuisance, because it is quiet in the evening and night. Large room and good beds. In the restaurant we had a good dinner and breakfast with a lot of choices. The hotel is ideal located for departure and arrival from the airport, it takes only 15 minutes by car. Parking in front and near the hotel is possible and free of charge.

A very clean and tidy hotel.Rooms are spacious and furniture is well maintained.Nice shiny and very clean wash rooms supplied with all utilities.Daily house keeping is remarkable.A well spreader buffet breakfast with multiple choices to eat. The hotel staff is remarkable, everyone carrying a smile on the face and prepared to help you out incase you need them. Mr kannan,a young,good looking boy was there on the airport to receive us.He helped us in keeping our luggage in the car. The manageress Saida Khanum is a very energetic lady who is always there from morning till night to look after the hotel affairs and help the guests. Front desk boy Mr Orxan is a wonderful boy who is always there to solve your queries and help you out. My loads of thanks,gratitude and good wishes to sweet,smart,young girl,Miss Aygun who always carries a broad smile on her face.She was a great source of inspiration and help for us.She was there with open heart to guide us whenever we needed.My best wishes to her in her career ahead. I must say that I have been travelling and staying in different 4,5 stars hotel but this Supreme hotel stay was the most remarkable and full of joy.

WIFI of the hotel should be improved

Cleanliness, comfy beds, a big terrace on the upper floor. Location is in 25 min from the Baku International airport. The good choice if only you need a sleepover in Baku, otherwise the location would definitely disappoint you - there’s nothing to see and nowhere to walk around the hotel.

There’s a totally mess right at the entrance of the hotel (litter from the road). It spoils the impression immediately. But inside everything is alright.

Everything was perfect especially Orxan At reception was very helpful and friendly.The room was very clean we loved it most. breakfast was also good but i think it would be better if they add some more foods)

Balcons was very near i could just pass to my neighbors Balcony They should add more decorations For Honeymoon

Nice check-in, good support. Rooms are big enough to be comfortable. Bathroom is clean and comfy. Coffee isn't bad and bar working almost 24/7. Price was lower than quality. Really recommend to stay here if you have 2-3 days between flights or if you are travelling for work.

Unfortunately safe didn't work for some reasons. The balcony was shared and accessible to all residents, so it was a little not comfortable - expecting that sometime you could see a person just outside of your window. But these are really small problems.

Location is a bit far away of city center, but easy access by taxi which is not expensive, staff was wonderful. They made me feel as if I am at home. In past 20 years I have visited more than 45 countries and I have stayed at many 5 star chain hotels and I think I am capable to compare hotels due to this experience, I can say this hotel is wonderful, I will always stay at this hotel on my next trips to Baku. I will never forget warm smiles of Hasan, Azer and Vafa at reception, delicious fried egss of chef Aga, smiling service of Tura, and helpful behaviors of Saida, I also want to thank to Hayale Hanim. You can convert money at hotel with same exchange currency as in city center which is very helpful, there is super restaurant near hotel and a supermarket, there is also a night club near hotel which I haven't been so I can't not make any comment. Restaurant near hotel is perfect, supermarket is big enough to find everything. I recommend you to stay at this hotel if you would like to stay as if at your own home

Beds were not as soft as I like, but they are good to have a good sleep and this is a personal choice, every person likes different type of beds

The hotel's not-so-good location (far from the city centre, attractions and infrastructure) is compensated for by the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help in any situation. A taxi for €2.5 solves all transport problems and provides a comfortable trip to and from the city centre.

I thank all the staff at this hotel for their generosity, kindness, and respect for the customer. They provide any service you want, any question, as they care about the comfort of the guest. Made me love the hotel. Thank you very much. I will try again

Everything is beautiful

I booked a room in this hotel as had an early morning flight from GYD, so in terms of communication with the airport, the hotel has great location. It is worth to mention that the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and there was a coffee and tea corner.

Perhaps the noise insulation from the street could be better, but c'mon, experienced traveller always bring his earplugs.

Very clean and tidy place. The room had a weird smell when we entered for the first time, but then quickly realised that the smell of that of the chemical they used to clean the washroom. Everyday the rooms are cleaned and towels were replaced even without being asked to. The lobby and the settings might not seem to be ultra fancy but the rooms are good enough. Ver well behaved staff, thought everyone does not know fluent english. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in Baku.

The breakfast is very mediocre. Not up to the standard. 75% of the menu is the same each day. Not a fancy one, but a breakfast with 2-3 good dishes and then the regular chores will do better. But this is not a drawback to not stay here.
