Everything in Avenue Hotel Baku by Smart is incredible. The staff and location are terrific. The room was so clean, and looked exactly like the pictures - to be honest it exceeded my expectations with that giant "Hollywood" proportions of the "Superior" room (#604), the high glass windows and view of the skycrapers outside - (almost) like Manhattan, (almost) like in the Hollywood movies. The staff are so generous and kind, i loved coming back to my hotel room to see that it was exceptionally cleaned with daily top up of water bottles. the breakfast buffet was superb and the food - delicious! I really loved the service - such a great hotel! Huge thanks to the hotel staff, who assisted in coordinating my transfers. I highly recommend the hotel based on the location as well as staff. I work as a journalist - a sports photographer. Next time I visit Baku for the next big championships - I will stay AGAIN in Avenue Hotel Smart by Baku!!!

To be honest - I can't think of something bad. Perhaps the door card jammed a few times - but that's electronics. Everything else was INCREDIBLE. Maybe what I didn't like is the duration of my stay - I wish I had more time to stay there.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I actually booked at random, looked at the cheapest offers. As a result, a great panoramic room, delicious breakfast, daily cleaning and very, very polite and caring staff. In addition, excellent location - 600-800 meters to the subway. Highly recommend. If I come to Baku, I will definitely stay in it.

The address of the hotel is difficult to find on the map if you go by taxi. The address of Heydar Aliyev 96a is not on the map, but 96 is, but it is located a few kilometers from the hotel. It is necessary to focus on the Shefa stadium (ASK Arena), to which the hotel adjoins.

One highlight of my stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Miss Sara truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She always greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and was a fantastic help in recommending tourist spots and local activities. Her knowledge and friendliness added a special touch to my visit, making the experience more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel provided great value for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Baku. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful city!

During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided. The attention to detail and care extended to me was unparalleled. This year, I have traveled to more than seven destinations, and I have never experienced such outstanding treatment. Special thanks to Nigar and the reception representative for their exemplary service. Everything about my stay was wonderful. Although this was a short trip, I plan to return with friends and stay for more than ten days. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

The hotel's proximity to the airport and nearby malls was incredibly convenient. Initially, I had no plans to venture out, but when I did, I found everything easily accessible.

All reception team was friendly & supportive especially, Miss.SARA was doing great job with customers with smile face. A/C units are separate for each room which is very good service. Clean rooms, clean toilets, good views, nice place. This is my second time in this hotel & I am going to select this place either for next time. Yes it’s away little from BAKU center but still you can reach & cover BAKU by BOLT & UBER Apps

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Towels and toileteries were replaced on time. Breakfast had good options, viz. Fruits, omelette, bolied eggs, cheese varieties, jam varieties, bread, juice, hot drinks, porridge, etc. City Centre (nizami Street, Old Baku Town, etc.) is just 13 km away. Plenty taxi options available via bolt app. Otherwise, the hotel staff is also ever ready to help with taxi and other information.

This cost effective hotel was selected for its fair distance from the airport, location on the main road and ease to get to M1 & M4 (highways, routes to Shahday/Quba or Qabala). But what truly amazed me was the hospitality of the Hotel staff including the Manager. The restaurant and breakfast was very simple but great. The room was really spacious for the price.

Only for whom it matters, the whole room was completely carpeted.

Cozy room. Great breakfast. Bath tube in the bathroom. Air conditioner in the room. The soup and fresh juice I ordered from the menu were tasty. The linen, towels and disposable slippers were provided. I had a view from the window to a football field.

Some rooms have no windows. So for those for whom it matters you need to clarify it in advance.

I am a Chinese tourist traveling to Baku. Every staff in the hotel is very warm and friendly. Although they do not speak the same language, they also use mobile phones to translate and communicate with each other without obstacles.
