I recently stayed at the Wyndham Hotel in Baku and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly professional and supportive throughout my stay. In particular, Ms. Shams was exceptionally kind and helpful, making our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!

The Customer service was really good, I was here to rest for a day to wait for my flight. It was 20 mins from the airport. Abkhalid and Sadiq at the reception were very nice and loved the way they welcomed me to their hotel and they even sent me a complementary fruits basket to my room as well.

All was really fine. I want to highlight how kind and helpful are men from the reception. We felt very welcomed after a night flight.

Exceptional service ..we even reached early and they provided us with another room to freshen up and rest.. Will visit again..and transportation isn't a problem from this hotel Bolt taxis are always available.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was excellent. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The facilities were great, especially the swimming pool. The man at the reception, Orkhan, was extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay. I also faced a small issue with adding an extra bed for a child, but the hotel manager Yunis handled it professionally and resolved it quickly. I recommend this hotel

We stayed there 1 week . 10 person. I liked Everything literally. The rooms are too big and very clean. The swimming pool and spa are very big and good services. The Breakfast is delicious and clean and the services is very good and nice , the gentleman in the breakfast time “ Saraj” is very kind and nice and really wish to thank him before we left but he wasn’t there. Most thing I like it the front desk service especially “Qodsi” there is no word can explain how gentle he was and he is the kindest and helpful man I ever seen in Baku. We really liked our staying in Baku because of him and the hotel services and rooms and spa.

Nothing, just the destination from the hotel to the center around 11 minutes. But that wasn’t problem to us because we want something good and five star and safe. From the hotel to Nizami Street with XL car cost 5 to 8 manat.

The location is a bit far, its could be counted as both the good and bad part about this hotel. Good so that its away from the city centre traffic / crowd. Bad that it takes a bit of time to get to the city. However you can easily get taxis/ bolts for for less than 5 USD to the city. The rooms are VERY spacious. The breakfast is not the best but its okay.
