The facilities were very good, comfortable and clean.

We wanted to get a couple of hours sleep before a flight but there is too much noise and not enough soundproofing. Through the door you can hear the music in the foyer, constant ringing sounds of the staff radios/wallow talkie set on loud.

We had a huge room on the highest floor (we ordered a suite) with excellent bed and great bathroom. Very quiet and pleasant hotel. We used their transportation service from the airport, it was pretty expensive for Baku, but worth it. The breakfast was fair, not many choices, but ok. We came to hotel at 6 in the morning and they give the room and breakfast for half day price - fair enough. Very good service at reception, fast and professional. Our room was properly cleaned every day.

Coffee from coffee machine for additional charge at breakfast (but filtered coffee and tee included). A bit far from city center, but the taxis are very cheap, so we used only taxi.

Arion hotel reception are good whatever it neeeded you can May call anytime they’ll help you very polite & professional and the Health club staff specially the Receptionist lady and staff was nice and pool was Good During my breakfast I met chef’s they’re so Good & well organized the breakfast was amazing I enjoyed I recommend this Arion hotel to friends & Family colleague everyone hopefully to see you soon Again

1) safety’s lock it doesn’t work even the bell desk he changed twice then I got fedup then I asked them to leave it 2) late night health club staff man are so rude and they’ve should take in house training how to deal with guest

Spacious room with balcony , the gym and pool services provided. Very nice breakfast. The restaurant is really good

Lighting was nit the best, absence of a bed-side lamp? Seemed the room was still being renovated and unfinished.

Has a fine brealfast and all staff are really friendly (Excpt one). There's many facilities like Sauna, large indoor Swimming pool, gym and all of them were well maintained. The Front office lady Sismy and Bellboy were really helpful and they gave me best possible experience in Hotel. They were very approchable and helpful.

One staff (Front Office) were ignoring us and was making things difficult for us. When we enquire anything to him, he made thing very slow and didn't want to help. We stayed for 3 nights and those days this guy was there, we were really annoyed by his attitude.

The place is wonderful and has a comfortable, beautiful and elegant character, the staff's treatment was more than wonderful, special thanks +994709977775zaur and the cleanliness they have is wonderful, all the hotel facilities are very wonderful, the fact is the best hotel I stayed in in Azerbaijan, as I passed by several hotels, but they were not at the same high-class and wonderful level In dealing. The food they have is varied and delicious and the beds are very comfortable. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel and to zaur for the evening session of the tea that he prepared for us. We are really happy and we will be back soon to the same hotel

The room was good for family there was no bed they have to put mattress on the floor for my kids to sleep the mattress was extremely dirty they cover it with 2 sheets of linen. House keeping very nice they never hesitate to help out. Food was fairly good the hotel concder good but far from 5 stars hotel 🏨
