I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Horn Apart Hotel in Baku from July 23 to July 29, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and hospitality provided by the staff. A special mention must go to Zumured, who was incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay. Her warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made me feel right at home. Yasin, Norlin, and Tapreez were also outstanding, each contributing to a seamless and enjoyable stay with their professionalism and attention to detail. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the city's main attractions while offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Overall, my stay at the Golden Horn Apart Hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku and look forward to returning in the future. Nothing to dislike.

Room design Room Facilities (fully equipped brand new apartments) Basic home made breakfast to get your day started. 10 AZN per person. My children was not charged which was a good gesture from them. Staff (Bell Boy Riza and mother Nata for breakfast) was cooperative and helpful. Room cleaning is made only upon request which gives you good privacy for your items and belongings in the room. Not a bad location where you can find all you need near by, though it is little far from main attractions like Nizami Street, old city, boulevard area and Highland park. Perfect location for those who have a private driver. My daughter was happy in her stay and left a note in the room for the hotel.

King Bed blanket is small. There was no additional blanket in the room. Requested for connected room as a condition for my stay and they promised to provide. Once arrived I found connected rooms not available. I was forced to stay in different rooms for the first night until the next day guests checked out from connected rooms and immediately it was provided to us. Understand they have only one connected rooms. Receptionist came to breakfast room asking me how many times you avail breakfast which was not nice. I went to express my dissatisfaction and he apologized

Minor things : The room wasn’t ready at the check-in time stated we had to wait in the lobby a little while. The location is a little bit far from Nasimi street and other vital areas however it is not a problem because taxi and bolt are not expensive at all.

This is a beautiful and cozy hotel, conveniently located in relation to the infrastructure. I was after surgery and this place really became a home where I was able to recover. I really liked the modern design of the rooms and the view of the backyard. What was important was that the windows completely block street noise if you need it. The hotel staff (Reza and Ayten) were always happy to help, polite and friendly.

The staff is excellent, and house keeping is great. Family room was well appointed and had a small but nice balcony. Kitchen was basic, but everything worked well.

Just a suggestion, the kitchen should be more equipped, with some appliances, like a toaster, oven, more pots and pans , crockey cutlary and a knife set. Dishwasher tablets are a must. And any apartment hotel should have a do it yourself laundry.

Spacious, elegantly decorated, with a kitchenette providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, they were always impeccably clean, making me eager to return after a day of exploring Baku. One of the key elements that left a positive impression on me was the implementation of a no-smoking policy in the hotel. As a non-smoker, this was incredibly important to me, and I appreciated it as a rarity in Baku. Thanks to this policy, I could enjoy fresh air in every corner of the hotel, significantly enhancing the comfort of my stay. In summary, this hotel deserves the highest recommendations. Excellent service, comfortable rooms with a kitchenette, and a smoke-free atmosphere made my vacation unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Baku and seeking an exceptional accommodation experience.

Good hotel apartment for its price. Located in family friendly location near small park, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Highly recommended. We liked the hotel and extended stay for 1 week.
