Breakfast was perfect! Espacially the personnel who taking care of the breakfast (older one) was very kind, careful and helpful. All staff was smiling and doing their best for our comfort. We booked 3 rooms, all rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. I will choose them if i will stay one more time in Baku.

The location was a little bit far from city center. But we rent a car so this was not a problem for us.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. The reception staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to the chef—each meal was a delightful experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The variety of dishes offered was impressive, and every bite reflected the chef’s skill and attention to detail.

Nothing .... "While my stay at the Safran Hotel was overall pleasant, there's always room for improvement. I appreciated the friendly staff and clean rooms, but perhaps a few updates or enhancements in e.g., amenities, dining options etc. would make the experience even better. Looking forward to seeing how the hotel evolves!"

Our stay at the hotel in Baku was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the customer service was exceptional. I would like to especially thank Rafael for his kindness and excellent service he was very helpful, and attentive. We truly appreciated his hospitality. I loved Safran - rooms were big, clean and the staff was extremely nice. The personel really made me feel seen and taken care of. The organization was amazing as well as the hotel as well. All receptionists were very nice and helpful for example Sadig. If I’m ever in Baku I will come back for sure. It was amazing :)))

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and available from 7-11. Water left in room every day. Good shower. Very clean hotel.

Thin walls you can hear neighbours and lift bell. Balcony was unusable.
