The breakfast is continental and is more than what the guest has paid for. It is great. The rooms are very big and spacious. Shower is very fine and they give many toiletries. It is fully carpeted and clean. AC is great. The Hotel is a great stay i would choose this place and recommend it to all to stay here. Receptionists are good at their job. There is no noise. Various sockets in the room. Walkable distance to food outlets and super markets.

The taxi or cab find it hard to locate the place even if you choose location while standing at the porch. Must always get the receptionist to direct them there. Google maps seems not to locate it well.

The room was very clean and big. It was airy and comfortable as i could open the window for fresh air. Its location was near the Nizami street with Taxi ride of around 5 Manat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Specially their General Manager Mr. Khizri , who personally came to greet me on arrival. and Service Manager Mr. Ayaz also helped in understating city and its amenities and how to roam around. The other supporting staff who were very helpful, nice and amiable included Mr. Adil, Mr. Riaz and specially Ms. Noor Zhan. The above people were really friendly and professional. They guided me about lot things for doing in and around the Baku. The response of the staff was very quick and soft.

The rooms are very spacious with good air conditioning, the room service is excellent, maintaining the cleanliness of the room and providing extra items (pillows, blankets, etc.) per your request. The breakfast is very delicious, with a wide variety of food to satisfy everyone. The hospitality is exceptional, everyone is very kind and welcoming. Especially Mr. Ayaz, who was welcoming from the start and was kind enough to help with planning of trips. Providing us with a full one-week tour of multiple places in Baku and also Gabala. 100% recommended.

I really enjoyed several aspects of the hotel. Firstly, the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. Additionally, The breakfast options were also impressive. Overall, the attention to detail and high level of service made my stay truly enjoyable. every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The room was too spacious. They allowed us early check in for free. Location is good. Staff very very friendly. Mr Adil at the reception is very soft spoken and helpful. Rest of the staff was also very cooperative. They guided us about the excursions as we had rented a car, so they told us about all locations. Overall a good experience. Highly recommended.

Parking was the only issue. But mostly people dont use Rent a Cars in Azerbaijan, so its all convenient.

Good location. It is on the main road not far from the city. Very spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Very neat and clean rooms. Reasonable rates. The receptionists are polite and helpful. Room services are good. Easy access to Baku city. A 24-hour supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies and banks are all nearby. I recommend this hotel.

One day the internet service was unavailable and they said it was not a problem from the hotel.

The rooms are very spacious which definitely will add to a comfortable stay. Breakfast is on the 7th floor, with a decent variety of pastries and breakfast staples. The focus on local cuisine is a big plus. The staff is cooperative and kind as well.

The location is a little farther away from the main attractions, but transport is easily available.

The rooms were really big with balcony attached kept clean each day breakfast was good but continental only Location wise it was a peaceful area but a bit far from baku city.

No tea kettle in the room very few english speaking people in the hotel require to add Indian dishes in the breakfast will be a instant hit

Once arrived the hotel, I was in doubt after looking at the lobby, it was dark and hot. But once we come to our rooms it was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and have a good variety. Manager Ayas, was very cooperative and he also arranged a van in which we explored different cities. The driver "Alirza" he provided was very kind and friendly. It was a great stay.
