Good location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent soundproofing and very comfy. It was evident that the staff were exerting every possible effort to make thier guests' stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you all.

Despite the positive comments I wrote above, I would like to bring the hotel management to the qualtiy of rooms housekeeping service; it was way below expectation and did not match up with the quality of hotel other excellent services; it was mostly limited to replinishing consumables and making up bed linens. I think the floor never been swept during my whole 6-day stay. I highly recommend revisiting this matter. Gym is basic Some odor at the whole floor where I stayed and inside the room.

The staff, the rooms, the restaurant on the first floor were all absolutely perfect. The chicken in the Caesar salad was one of the best things I've ever tasted, I'm dying inside a little knowing that I won't have anything like it any time soon. The restaurant manager was super nice and helpful in general and helped us organize a small birthday surprise in the morning. We had to move here from a boutique hotel on short notice. The prices were comparable but everything else was just day and night.

Getting access to wi-fi was a little complicated, I had to ask for help. The bed was fantastic but didn't absorb moisture well, so it got a little uncomfortable after sweating a lot. The vanilla fragrance in the hall was a little annoying.

Excellent customer service by Zara and others. Their manager was very professional and friendly. The person who was dropping off the bags was very helpful and friendly. They always greet you with a smile. They even helped us to check in early because we were with a 10 months old infant.

They should have fixed the lock in the bathroom doors. It was quite uncomfortable to use it when you were with a family.

The room was clean and spacious , elevator is modern similar to what is used in high rise buildings

There is a screen at the door written in Azeri concerning cleaning the room or not. If you don't know what it means you will find out your room is not getting cleaned and water is not supplied . location is very hidden and not touristic

The breakfast was really good. The chef took extra miles and prepared a vegetarian hot breakfast for us. The hotel manager Sahil assisted us in many ways; smooth check in; taxi booking, advising on site seeing options and the best experience was he arranged a small cake for my cousin midnight birthday celebration.

Thank you to the entire hotel team, especially to Chef Ulvi, Sofia, Bakhtiyar, Arzu, Chinara, Said, Rufat, Rasim, Farad, Sarvinaz, Nijat for their exceptional services making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Your hospitality and attention to detail were truly appreciated.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. Staff is very very helpful and nice. The manager is very caring and humble. The room is perfectly clean and housekeeping is amazing. Quality of everything is top. Starting from the breakfast, the room, bed, toiletries, wifi , till very simple things like slippers, shower gel and lotion.

The service was top level. Everyone was friendly and informative. The breakfast was delicious! Would like to specially highlight Parvin and the kitchen managers who were always helpful and went above and beyond.

Sometimes it needs fresh air, but due to windows block it’s impossible. But that’s the system and not hotel disadvantage.
