Boutique style, nice staff

I really enjoyed my stay at Karat Inn. All receptionists are extremely nice and helpful especially Aysu. Great value for money. Nice room very big comfortable and clean, good breakfast. Hotel very clean and quiet. Excellent location in a really safe area. Definitely recommended. Next time in Baku I will definitely come back here!

Large spacious rooms, amazing staff and perfect location

The electricity needs to be checked - some of our sockets did not work properly, and the lamps were blinking when the fridge was turning on and off. Also in our room (king suite) the toilet bowl was shaking

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The fact that it is in the center, close to places to visit, and close to everything was a very popular point for me. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We even talked to their manager and he was very professional. In general, although it was my first time in your country, I did not feel like a stranger at all.

I loved the staff. The girl on the reception, forgot her name was very kind and helpful. The room was a good value for money. Breakfast was also nice.

I got a room on the fourth floor, unfortunately, it had no elevator, so that was a bit sad. Also, had no view from the room.

Every thing was amazing the service ,the cleaning , specially the young lady Asue I believe her name she is very helpful amazing lady even the young man was so much helpful I will definitely come again one day

Nothing at all

Stay in the hotel was quite comfortable. Front line staff Isu was very helpful and gave excellent service. Mr.Ferray was also helpful.

Amenities.Please provide rubber mat at bathroom as the floor is slippery.Electrical pins of table lamps, hot water kettle not working properly.

Everything is OK.

Very very nice staff!! Aysu helped us with an early check in, we were able to leave our bags here for one night we didn’t stay here and the overall friendliness of the staff was great!! Breakfast was fine. Beda and shower were great. Great hotel and great value!

We had booked our reservation in another hotel in Baku. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met in that hotel. Alternatively, WE have created a new reservation at your hotel. We were very pleased and witnessed a really friendly and individual service for us. Your staff is helpful and cleanliness was very good.
