The location was ideal, situated near major attractions and restaurants, yet far enough to offer peace and privacy. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. Whether enjoying the view from the balcony or relaxing inside with all the comforts of home, this hotel apartment provided an exceptional experience

I liked it very much,The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking sea view. Waking up to the panoramic view of the Caspian Sea every morning was truly a magical experience. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. It had all the amenities I could possibly need, including a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and fast Wi-Fi.

I absolutely loved the location of the apartment. The host, Maya, was fantastic and very helpful. The presence of a washing machine and a drying rack was incredibly convenient. The apartment boasts high ceilings and large windows, allowing a lot of natural light to brighten up the space. We also enjoyed the excellent view from the windows. The balcony was great as well, equipped with a table and chairs, making it a nice spot to have a cup of coffee or tea.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few mosquitoes in the apartment. We contacted Maya about it, and she promptly brought us a fumigator. Despite this, the fumigator didn’t completely resolve the issue. Installing mosquito nets on the windows would be an effective solution to this problem.

Sevil was a great host. We were able to store our bags upon early arrival. Arranging of the transfer was easy and clear. Host was very responsive on questions we had during and before the trip. Taxi driver brought us to sim card supplier which was very appreciated given the early arrival time. The apartment is very well located and within walking distance of all main locations. Very clean apartment with towels etc. Good functioning airconditioning and nice terrace with sea view. We were in apartment 9/2.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing. Seville was extremely sweet, kind, and helpful. She even helped us find another accommodation when our hotel got cancelled for our last few days of stay. I would definitely come back again. Facilities were good, just that soap provided was very small and 2 nos only for 3 days stay. Cleaning was not done on the 3 days of stay, but it was ok with us as we were out most of the stay. Also, the toilet would smell if we close the fan. So we had to leave it on. If the manager can sort these small issues, that would be great.

Most comfortable place to stay for a family, very neat and clean, secured and Cosy. Very near to Nizami street and great place for food lovers of Pakistan, India azri and western cuisine. Very busy streets and lanes around the building. Room roof height and color combination is very good that's why room looks so spacious. Really i love that accommodation and wants to stay more but i don't have time. Its a apartment in residential building and on ground floor hospital is available for any emergency.

Apartment administrator is strict in policies for check in and check out. As I requested to them to allow me 2 hours after 1200 hours against extra payment but not allowed. As i already requested 2 hours earlier before my check in to Ms. Sevil apologize me for that they had another booking. But due to this i booked another hotel for 4 hours and pay full day changes also transfer of luggage and my family. As my flight is in the evening. One more thing to highlight is that Sofa cum bed is faulty and handling is very difficult, luckily they have one more folding bed in room and we use it.

The apartment had great facilities including a washing machine and a lovely balcony. The location was close to walk into the city centre. It was nice to have a bottle of cherry drink and some sweets as a greeting gift for our stay.

Unfortunately the bed was so rock hard it was very difficult to sleep and with a five night stay took it’s toll. It was also very frustrating after accepting the hosts offer of a private car trip from the airport to the accommodation to find there was nothing arranged when we arrived at the airport. Further to this while communicating via what’s app there was no reply when we asked where the driver was. We ended up having to take a taxi which cost us twice as much as the host offer.

The location is perfect, very close to Nizami Street. The apartment is very spacious, it has 2 rooms one with a bunk bed and another with a double bed. The view from the apartment is splendid. The apartment is equipped with all the facilities that one needs for a comfortable stay. 24 Hrs running hot water, Cook top, cutlery, WiFi, fresh towels, etc.

Just two things: 1) I wish the mattresses would have been a little softer. 2)some walls need a little re-touch of paint and the apartment would look as good as new again!

- The location. Most attractions are walkable. Easy access to restaurants and shops. - helpful staff especially Sevil who has been constantly in touch with us and helped us around. We were also given an English speaking driver Fariz who was very resourceful and helpful and showed us around some attractions. - The facilities within the apartment like the kitchen, washing machine etc. - good view of the city.

Would have helped if there were cleaning staff that picked up daily trash and also did a quick clean.

The staff, be it in person or via booking.com, were very helpful and friendly. They helped with moving our stuff into the apartment and when we checked out, they also helped us with moving our stuff. Whenever we had questions, they were there to answer. Since we had to stay longer than 15 days, they assisted with the migration documents. All was taken care of. Plus, the location is very central and only 5 minutes walk. There is a park nearby and you can go for your evening stroll.

The apartment is very close to the famous Nizami Walking Street but is located in a quiet area. Building feels very safe and had three point security. My medium sized studio room was on the 9th floor and had an excellent view of the Caspian Sea. It included a kitchenette with all the cooking utensils and a washing machine. The bathroom was of a decent size and had a very enjoyable warm shower. The whisper quiet A/C and only minimal noise pollution from other rooms ensured an excellent night sleep. Booking and communication was prompt and professional. My special thanks goes to Mr Rza and Ms Maya. Overall I was very happy about my apartment which made my 5-day trip to the beautiful city of Baku a very enjoyable journey. Will return for sure.

The cable tv had various channels in the local languages but I would have liked a smart tv with wifi/bluetooth and netflix/youtube options
