Great location. Good housekeeping and restaurant staff. What I did not like was that the rooms were small and on our 1st night, we requested additional pillows and blankets, and the front desk told us they were not available and we explained that there were 3 people in each of our rooms and only 2 pillows and 1 blanket in each room. However, in the morning, the housekeeping staff was kind enough to provide the same when we requested it from them. Overall, it was a good experience, and great restaurants and ice cream shops were around the hotel including old city attractions.

Extremely comfortable stay. Hotel is bang in the middle of Nizami street and walking distance from all good restaurants and pubs. Staff is very polite and unobtrusive. Good breakfast . Cloak room. Easy access from taxis from the back side of the hotel. The hotel has an elevator, which many other hotels on Nizami Street don't seem to have.

All good. Great value for money . Choose the standard room instead of budget as some reviews mentioned that the budget ones are small. Our room was comfortable. Doesn't have much of a view. But it doesn't matter. If you want a room with a view ask for the top (4th) floor rooms. .

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to relax after a long day. The service of the staff specially Caesar if I’m not mistaken. Or maybe spelt incorrectly but that’s the name I can remember. We arrived there afternoon and we were lucky to be attended by him. He went beyond and above to help us sort our booking issues, as we made mistake in our online reservation. I haven’t had received same great service anywhere in Baku .He is very polite and accommodating he handles guest with patience and respect. Such kind of staff deserves a reward. Definitely we will come back. I salute you Caesar👌🏽. You did such a great job. 👍🏽

I had an excellent stay at the Grand Midway Hotel. Thanks to the exceptional staff under the supervision of Ms. Tahmina. Chingiz, Cavad, Tural, and Haclaga were all incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Their outstanding service made my experience truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Grand Midway Hotel is an Excellent location for a 4-5 days trip, couldn't have asked for anything better as the hotel is situated in the heart of Nizami Street, which as soon as you step out has a vibrant ambiance and leaves an immediate impression of the Azerbaijani culture. The Front Office Manager Mr. Qeysar Suleymanov needs special appreciation, he is a person who brings Customer Services to another level, extremely helpful, cooperative, understanding and who cares that your stay is a memorable one. Would surely want to go back to this Hotel.

There was no variety in the breakfast and half board meals, the room size was small and cleaning of rooms during stay can be improved, although the housekeeping staff are very obliging.

Hotel location is prime walkable distance to old Baku and other attractions . breakfast buffet is good ,pls be mindful it gets over fast. Rooms are well maintained but are smaller in size .

3pm checkin is way to late when compared to other hotels who gives early checkin by 1pm . I took half board they dont have vegetarian menu which is ridiculous, except white rice and eggplant salad. Generic comment .If you're vegetarian then be ready to spend hefty cash for indian food outside and hardly u will get good veg food

Very good location , close to Nizami Street. They sale Cheaper Sim even from outside. Cheap and good quality food for Dinner as compared from outside. Oksana was very lovely and friendly, she upgraded our room to superior room. All reception Staff are very cooperative.

Nothing to complain about the Hotel. Just one suggestion for other people to be aware of scams. One Tour company ELART TOUR ( they have no connection with this hotel ) behind the resturant of this hotel are cheater. THEY promise us to include Sheki city in Tour but later they were asking for more money. This Guy Name is MUSSADIK. He is a Fraud ,he lied to us and took money in Advance and when we were asking to take us what was in the plan , he started arguing with us and threatening that Driver will leave us in between without completing the Tour. Be ware of these Scammers.
