Second Stay – Even Better Than the First! This was my second stay at the hotel, and I can honestly say that the staff is improving – it's clear they’re putting effort into enhancing customer service. I was happy to see some familiar faces from my previous visit, especially Mr. Eldar and Ms. TSboa, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, the staff is excellent – very professional and welcoming. The best thing about the hotel is definitely its location – it’s extremely convenient. While the rooms are a bit on the small side, they have everything you need for a comfortable stay.I did notice that the bed sheets were a bit wrinkled, but it didn’t affect the overall feeling of comfort. I would definitely consider coming back again.

First of all i should complement the staff! Very polite and service oriented! 10+ for the staff! Location is another 10+ The hotel is really central and we could walk to major attractions! Water and tea were offered as complement The hotel offered us a free upgrade, which we appreciate! Although really central, we didnt hear any noise from the outside

Clean is the most important characteristic for me!! It may be simple, it may be old, but it should be clean! My biggest disapointement was the old and quite stained carpet in our "upgraded room"...it certainely served its years and needs to be replaced...bathroom also requires more efficient cleaning I must give credit to the cleaning ladies, probably they did their best! Since every day, i could see they cleaned the room and brought fresh water. However for a 4 stars hotel, such carpets ruin the impression :( Breakfast, although the hotel offers a variety of food, they didnt have any lactose-free diary products :(

Special thanks to Chingif, Rashad, and Tahmina for their exceptional professionalism and friendliness throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, the bathroom was immaculate, and overall hygiene was clearly a top priority. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable thanks to the clean environment and the courteous staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-organized place to stay. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience!

Great location. Good housekeeping and restaurant staff. What I did not like was that the rooms were small and on our 1st night, we requested additional pillows and blankets, and the front desk told us they were not available and we explained that there were 3 people in each of our rooms and only 2 pillows and 1 blanket in each room. However, in the morning, the housekeeping staff was kind enough to provide the same when we requested it from them. Overall, it was a good experience, and great restaurants and ice cream shops were around the hotel including old city attractions.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to relax after a long day. The service was exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Everyone was polite, respectful, and genuinely attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Extremely comfortable stay. Hotel is bang in the middle of Nizami street and walking distance from all good restaurants and pubs. Staff is very polite and unobtrusive. Good breakfast . Cloak room. Easy access from taxis from the back side of the hotel. The hotel has an elevator, which many other hotels on Nizami Street don't seem to have.

All good. Great value for money . Choose the standard room instead of budget as some reviews mentioned that the budget ones are small. Our room was comfortable. Doesn't have much of a view. But it doesn't matter. If you want a room with a view ask for the top (4th) floor rooms. .

I had an excellent stay at the Grand Midway Hotel. Thanks to the exceptional staff under the supervision of Ms. Tahmina. Chingiz, Cavad, Tural, and Haclaga were all incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Their outstanding service made my experience truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The service of the staff specially Caesar if I’m not mistaken. Or maybe spelt incorrectly but that’s the name I can remember. We arrived there afternoon and we were lucky to be attended by him. He went beyond and above to help us sort our booking issues, as we made mistake in our online reservation. I haven’t had received same great service anywhere in Baku .He is very polite and accommodating he handles guest with patience and respect. Such kind of staff deserves a reward. Definitely we will come back. I salute you Caesar👌🏽. You did such a great job. 👍🏽
