The hotel is dated but nice. The lady serving breakfast was very nice. The location is close to the promenade.

The room had only half a window, it was very dark during the day. Don't expect anyone to speak English.

We stayed at La Casa Sahil with my sister, and while it had its advantages, there were also some notable downsides. The hotel is conveniently located right in the city center, which was a major plus. Although the building and interior are not new and the renovation is somewhat dated, everything was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was included, and it was quite tasty, prepared in a homemade style, which added a nice touch. However, there were significant issues with the service. Communication with some of the staff members was challenging, and it felt like they weren’t very accommodating. For example, we arrived at 6 AM, and although we had previously requested early check-in on Booking and it was confirmed, we were not allowed to check in until the official time at 2 PM—even though there were clean and available rooms. This left us waiting for hours unnecessarily. Additionally, when we asked for a late check-out, they refused unless we paid extra, even though the hotel had no apparent need for the room immediately after. This approach didn’t feel guest-oriented. Having been in a similar business for over 10 years, I believe that being more flexible with guests—especially when there’s no direct inconvenience to the hotel—makes for much better service. Overall, while the hotel itself was fine and well-located, the service could use significant improvement to create a more welcoming experience for guests.

I enjoyed the location and easy excess to metro station

I wish there was a lift in the hotel. The Shavarma guys outside the hotel, over charged us. We paid 59 Manat for 2 shawarma and a doner. That’s nearly USD 35. Nothing to do with the hotel but be careful with these guys since they on the same building downstairs.

Great hotel and good value for money. Free transport from the airport to the hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for a family of 4 adults and 2 children and the room was definitely clean and spacious for us all. Cute breakfast area served with everything you need to start the day. The hotel staff was very kind to leave some local treats in our room and chocolates for the kids. Parking was available on the side of the street but the hotel itself is in a central location within walking distance to Nizami street and Old Baku, with the train station a few door steps away.

The area can get busy and noisy at night on weekends but did not bother our stay at all

We spent a wonderful week in your hotel. We enjoyed it very much. They communicated with us via WhatsApp, which is very good and convenient. The driver really waited for us at the airport. We arrived earlier, than the check-in time, but we could leave our luggages at the reception and finally we could check-in around noon (instead of the official 14:00). The location of the hotel is very good, everything was close. With the balcony door closed the soundproofing was good. The room was big, clean, just like in the pictures. There was free water, tea, coffee and the water heater is very positive and we liked the fridge very much. Breakfast was very good and generous, full of foods of good quality. We loved Gulnaz very much, she was like, who prepares the breakfast for her own children. She is really lovely. All the staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful, all they were very friendly, we loved all of them. Congratulation for the staff and for the hotel.

Reasonable early check-in costs extra fee (but we were allowed to check-in 2 hours earlier, for free).

Very well located, close to metro station and Baku promenade. Staff (Ms. Sabina and Mr. Najat) were incredibly helpful and professional. Breakfast is homely, healthy and served with a smile. No issues with payment, airport transfer and city guidance so overall a good budget option!

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so that can be a point of concern if you are travelling with the elderly, really small children and lots of luggage. I travelled light so this was not an issue for me.

The Ambience was Amazing nice and aromatic lobby, very comfortable and good value for Money Nizami street, Bulvar park is at walking distance near by eateries and lot more, Staffs were very courteous and very very helpful they also helped us in celebrating our kid Birthday (Special Thanks)

What can I say about this amazing boutique hotel ? A piece of my heart is still left behind there. Great location, great facilities , sweet staff . Just loved everything about this place. Can’t wait to go back !

I wish if they have more options in breakfast such as preparing omelet, more fruits and nuts, stairs were bit uncomfortable and not suitable for elderly people, no elevators
