My recent stay at Raddison was nothing short of remarkable, primarily due to its cozy, clean environment and prime location right in front of the famous boulevard. Everything I needed was conveniently within walking distance, adding to the ease of my visit. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Roshan at the reception. From the moment I arrived until the end of my trip, Roshan was a beacon of help and support. His ability to assist with any issues in the rooms and offer guidance throughout my stay was unparalleled. It’s rare to encounter such sincerity and care in hotel experiences, and Roshan’s dedication significantly enhanced my stay. The rooms themselves were very nice and cozy, perfectly suited for travelers. They provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. I highly recommend Raddison for anyone visiting the area. The combination of a great location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding staff, especially Roshan, makes for a memorable stay.

The location is excellent. We walked to.most of the places of interest from Radisson. Park Bulvar Mall - an excellent mall is just opposite Radisson and we walked over via the overhead bridge. Best to stay at Radisson as you can walk to Deniz Mall Baku Eye Carpet Museum via Baku Boulevarf. Bonus : on 1/1/2024 at midnight we observed fiteworks from our room. Fantastic !!

Its a long holiday weekend the staff are vety busy. They tried their best to accomodate most visitors. As Radission do not have a proper puck up and drop off point its very difficult to catch a taxi. Radission should have a taxi signage lighting up.should hotel guests needs transport. Most taxi stop opposite the hotel i.e. Park Bulvar Mall

Locaiton is great, room was OK size wise & Clean.

Room temperature was so high and the air condition was not working only heat is working. When you opened the window there was a huge noise coming from the outside.

My overall stay was, as usual, very good. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was a pleasant experience. This time, I was with friends, which made it even more enjoyable. ✅ The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. However, there was one issue I faced during both visits: 🔸 The language barrier. Most of the hotel staff does not understand English well, which can make communication a bit challenging for international guests. Additionally, I think there is some room for improvement in the breakfast buffet — especially in terms of variety and quality. Other than that, everything else was perfect. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The communication was very fast and easy. We were able to agree that we would be arriving at dawn after booking and would like to check in at this early hour, and we were also able to discuss with the reception that we would need to check out early in the middle of the night, as our flight was leaving at dawn. All staff were kind, attentive, courteous and polite. The hotel is in a great location. Although there is a large plaza in front, you can see the sea from the upper floors. The hotel is on a busy road, yet the noise was not too loud. The window can be opened, we were glad to have ventilation. The room is nice and of a decent size. The facilities are also quite good. I liked that there was normal water pressure in the shower so you could stand under a stronger jet of water. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge is a very good thing in the room. The breakfast had a great choice, a varied and plentiful selection, everything was very tasty. Drinking water was prepared in the room, it was also put out in the morning and was available in the lobby during the day.

The door of the room was difficult to close and very noisy. This was a problem at night when trying to close the doors of neighbouring rooms.

Perfect location to explore the city. The breakfast offered a wide selection of quality food. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

My overall stay was satisfactory, although there was a language barrier with the cleaning staff. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, which is highly convenient. One aspect to note is that while the hotel staff does show some leniency towards new clients, they strictly adhere to their rules. I checked out two days early, and they did not compromise on their policies, which is commendable in terms of rule enforcement but a slight flexibility could enhance customer attraction. The rest of the experience was quite good, especially with the cleaning staff. One lady in her 40s, despite not speaking English, took great care of us. Her pleasant demeanor and gestures helped manage everything smoothly, even with the language barrier. I don’t remember her name, but she did an excellent job.

Breakfast was a great choice of Asian and European food.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Great sized room and an excellent view of the city and bay. The breakfast was amazing with a large selection of food. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. There is a shopping centre across the road with ease of access too. The staff were very helpful when our aircon wasn't working properly in our room. I'd happily rebook the hotel again.

Just need to be aware, if your room faces the main road, it can get a little noisy with the traffic at times.

Sited on shoreline of the Caspian Sea, our 9th floor bedroom had a great view and was quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good with a variety consistent with other Radisson Hotels we have stayed in. It is a 5 minute walk from the town centre and therefore a good position for exploring the city
