Incredible hospitality. More than we can expected from inter continental hotel. Incredible staff, exceptionally friendly. Location is walking distance from everything we barely ever needed a taxi to get around. Also, before coming I mentioned that we are coming for our anniversary, we found a surprise in our room. They gave us a complementary cake. Thank you hotel team. Will come back again in the future Insha Allah.

Location Breakfast Interiors

Room had huge stain on carpet house keeping insisted it’s part of design and Room smelled of cigarettes from another room which hotel staff denied and gave multiple different excuses which felt condescending. Breakfast coffee bar handler gave me very hot paper cup to go which wasn’t sealed properly which burnt my hand.

Excellent location, surrounded by shops, banks, and a lovely park. Good breakfast—I especially enjoyed the honeycomb. However, I believe pork and wine should not be served, considering the number of families staying during this period. Wonderful staff—always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. Special thanks to Kanaan and Azer, who were exceptionally professional and kind. Also, appreciation to Kamal, Gassim and Shamil. Our room was spacious, exactly as we requested.

The area is quite crowded with constant traffic, being in the center of Baku. Breakfast service ends abruptly—the food section is covered with curtains even while some guests are still eating. This could be handled more considerately. Toilets require better maintenance and improved cleanliness to all room and bedding which was having stains and dirt.

My Guest Relations Coordinator Was very helpful , he supported me tremendously in resolving certain issues. For example, we had some issues in the room toilet and he expedite the work as soon as possible and made sure everything is done. He made my stay more pleasant and unforgettable as he organized our trip from Baku to Qabala. He also recommended excellent restaurants/shops around the city. His name is Rovshan, an excellent example of highly dedicated employee.

i love the location of the hotel, very clean and very friendly staff especially the front disk supervisor Mr. Elnur Gadirli and the lounge officer Mr. Rovshan they were very helpful very outstanding service.

- nice furniture - they accommodated my request to have flower preparation for an occasion for an acceptable fee - they switched my room last minute from smoking to non smoking - quite room and peaceful - good AC Temp during summer - very friendly staff - good sized indoor pool - bathroom is has nice finishing - 24 hour gym

- occasionally the unused white towels had stains - dust or stains behind the curtain - very dusty carpet under the bed - not fully dark room during daytime sunlight creeps from top of the curtain - view was to a roof of an old unpleasant building

Room was very clean. Samira was excellent in doing her job to clean the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. location is 10/10. very prime location Bar and restaurant front staff was good

Breakfast was a disappointment. only for one day they made a good omelet. rest it was very bad and not much breakfast options. the toilet with reception was stinking so bad with urine. it was the worst and so unhygienic. 0/10 for this WC for ladies.

Clean, comfortable, good food, friendly staff.. Rovshan at Club lounge was very cooperative .

Everything was amazing. Location is phenomenal, walking distance from most places of interest. Metro station just across the street. Staff are very professional and helpful. Room cleaning was also at a great level. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Breakfast overall was very nice. Our room had a nice view of the flame towers in the distance.

Bread at breakfast did not feel fresh, which is a shame since Azerbaijan has amazing bread to offer. Didn't bother us much, but slight room for improvement.

The location was perfect , rooms are modern furnished , i would like to thank Mr Rovshan from the concierge for his assistance durring our stay and his recommendations for places to visit, he resolved any issue i faced efficiently.

Not alot of restaurants options in the hotel, no high rooms available since the highest is 5th floor
