access of the hotel staff to the room, they will knock on the door once and then open the door with master key and boom into the room without realizing if someone is inside or not.

This was our second time in Austin Hotel, obviously because it's in the heart of Baku and Nizami Street. The street view from the balcony of our room was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Highly recommend this to anyone coming to Baku

The bathroom water at times used to get clogged. You can reserve using AMEX credit card, but at the property, they do not accept AMEX. Luckily I had VISA credit card as well, and it saved it. Please carry cash if you have only AMEX

An unforgettable stay! The hotel's location is unbeatable, offering easy access to all the sights. The value for money exceeded expectations, with exceptional service from the friendly staff. Though the breakfast wasn't extraordinary, it certainly provided a good start to the day. Overall, a fantastic experience that I'd highly recommend for bachelors.

The main reason was the location, it was just at the center of nizami street which was functional 24 hours, and the best part the room was with a balcony with a beautiful view. Everything was accessible at any time. The rooms were good, friendly staff as well who will assist you on all the ways. You dont have to spend any additional amounts in taxis if you are staying here.

There is not much lights specially at the entrance of the hotel, the reception is at 2 floor and when we reach at the hotel location we were just figuring it out were was the entrance from. And the paintings in the room and lobby are not much comfortable if you are with family and kids.

It's was pleasure staying 7 nights, room was great, distance from all places to visit are reachable by walk, very central of famous Nizami street, staffs are very friendly and helpful, thanks.

No elevator makes difficult for climbing long stairs of the property, old age and people with some physical problems may find difficult to climb up to their room.

Staff very friendly, location great and room size excellent. I only caught one member of staff name, so thank you Ayaz.

Didn't like the fact there was no lift / elevator, and didn't read / find any info beforehand (when booking) that there wasn't. Only 100 steps to my room each day! Also, breakfast wasn't so nice - just didn't look very appetizing or interesting. Room had a couple of small issues too which I am sure they could repair easily (e.g. bath needing to be re-siliconed).

Very friendly staff. The hotel is located in the CenterPoint of Nizami Street and easy to walk to restaurants. We took a room with a view facing Nizami Street and also opted for balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the ambiance and also extended by one day

I wish there was an elevator instead of taking the stairs. There was some drainage issue with the bathtub. I booked the hotel particularly considering the AMEX payment option but while checking out, my card was getting declined and had to select another credit card payment method
