I always have a great time at the Landmark Hotel. It was my second time staying there. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the location right where you need to be. The raindrop shower head didn't work but i am sure the maintenance team has already taken care of it.

Firstly, the hotel is placed in a great location. you can walk to many, many places in town. The Caspian Sea is just minutes away and the walk by the sea is just wonderful. There are many great restaurants around the hotel. And also many shops.The old town is only 20 minutes walk from the hotel. I loved the executive suite I had overlooking the sea. It was super clean. The breakfast is served up on the roof and also inside. Great selection of breakfast menu. I would again to stay at the hotel. The staff there were all very friendly and was easy to communicate. I arrived a day late because of missed connections and the hotel was nice not to charge me for the missing day. The room was super clean and very spacious. The bar had a beautiful view of the city.

I think to take a level higher I wish they served freshly squeezed juice. Since Azerbaijan has fantastic selection of fruits and vegetables all locally grown.

Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities and extremely friendly staff. Very good service from reception that went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Room and bathroom were both huge, brilliant bed and great view from 17th floor over the city and Caspian Sea. Fitness-facilities, spa and pool (both indoor - 30 m! - and outdoor) was of very good standard. Hotel close to shopping, bars & restaurants, old town, sea and less than 10 minutes walk to central station with metro and aiport express bus.

The reception stuff welcoming and they speak English well. The hotel location was nice near from MALL and Nizami shopping street. The restaurant food was good i ordered burger twice and they have shisha in the 20th floor. the room view was perfect for me as my expectation. TV have good channels. The lobby coffee & bar service is good. The gym & Spa facility was great for me and big. In general the hotel fit my needs and i will back definitely.

The rooms corridor looks old need renovation. the Hotel elevators need to be marked i used offices elevators by mistake.

Very good gym and pool. Nice sea view. Great room.

There was a problem with water pressure, so the shower turned from warm into cold every 30 seconds.

Nice location, a reasonable breakfast, clean rooms, good service!! The View of the Caspian sea from the breakfast terrace on 20th floor is real good.

The reception is on 19th floor while the guest rooms I guess start on 16th or 17th floor...

Excellent location and superb breath taking sea view. Walking distance to the fountain. The size of the rooms was also very good. Quiet a new hotel. The staff was great and helpful. Very accommodating. The request for free late checkout was accommodated. Highly recommended.

The staf is excellent: professional, polite, helpful, customer oriented, friendly. The check-in procedure was very smooth, even at 02:00 a.m., and the check-out even so. The room was clean, bright, large and very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and being able to have it outside on the balcony of the 20th floor with a nice view was a bonus.
