The stuff is very nice and very friendly , especially Mr khalil the receptionist he's always there to help. The rooms are very clean and comfy. The location is perfect to discover Baku.

The breakfast was almost the same for 4 days although the Azerbaijan cuisine is very rich. The room was not soundproof unfortunately.

The staff is very cooperative, helpful and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, warm and clean.

I have stayed at this facility twice and faced the same issue both times. The reception never answered the phone and we had to walk to the reception ourselves for everything. Though the requests were catered immediately but walking out ourselves was an inconvenience. Furthermore, there is no free parking space. This time I also had an issue with beddings as they were very old and had threads shredded. Apart from these two issues, everything else was perfectly fine.

Very modern and comfortable, big rooms, 10 min from city center

Only downside was that the night employees watched movies during the night, which was slightly annoying to hear when trying to sleep

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time.

Obviously due to the F1 weekend, the cost of the rooms was extremely high which wasn't ideal. The entry to the hotel can be made a little traveller friendly by adding a ramp to pull up luggage. There were a few steps which we were able to navigate easily but might be difficult with heavy luggage/wheelchairs/baby strollers

New, Clean and Comfortable. Friendly staff. Very flexible team, they will help you with whatever you need. Most hotels in Baku are very old so this is a great choice for those who prioritize hygiene and cleanliness at an affordable rate.

Just make sure to always lock your door, one guest was mistakenly able to scan his card and open my door but it was a mistake, can happen. Breakfast was mediocre,, 7 mins walk to Nizami, Toilet had some weird smell, No tissue in the room, No cold water, bad acoustics; can hear sounds from other rooms

Hotel Location was excellent & as well Rooms. Staff was very friendly & supportive.

There is no one to help for luggage & no Ramp or Lift down the line to Road level which is worst part for anyone who has the heavy luggage and have to carry all the way to their room. Breakfast need to have more variety but manageable.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, willing to help me with every question. The room was cleaned every day. Everything felt fresh and tidy. The location is super, boulevard and old city in walkind distance. Very thankful for hotel

Great staff, great interior, great location. The room was really clean, modern interior which is great. We didn't have to wait for 2pm just to check in since we arrived way earlier which is very convenient, very considerate of the staff. The location is in the middle of everything so going around is really easy. Breakfast was great, food was 9/10.
